Wedding groom's dinner

They had every little detail perfect with our groom's dinner. We sat in a separate area and it was perfect to relax, unwind, and spend time together before the big day. Food and wine were delicious!

Excellent spot for wedding rehearsal dinner!

Our experience at El Dorado Kitchen was truly amazing!! We hosted our wedding rehearsal dinner there and Lila and Alaina (on site event managers) were so great to work with! Their professionalism and responsiveness made the entire experience easy and stress free. They even upgraded us to the fireplace lounge room which was a beautiful room that hosted our group of 27 perfectly. For our dinner, they let us drop off our own place cards and flowers and had everything set up and arranged by the time we arrived. The food was so delicious and all of our guests were still talking about how wonderful the food was days later. Definitely recommend the beef short ribs, duck confit and vegetarian risotto for group party entrees - they were fantastic! We also had two servers just for our room who were incredible and so friendly. Such a great restaurant and will definitely be back soon! Would definitely recommend for anyone hosting a party/rehearsal dinner in the Sonoma area!

Wish there were more stars to we could add.
We can't thank them enough for all they did to make our wedding great.

The venue, food, wine selections and service are great.

What sets them apart is the attention to detail and comfortable flow. Everyone was great from planning to execution.

We were stressing about a lot of details before - they helped us with the plan.
The plan changed (it will for you too) they accommodated - graciously.
Every guest felt attended to with detail to their needs.

You won't be disappointed. You will be delighted.

Glad we chose them. You will be too.

A Perfect Rehearsal Dinner

I am so glad we picked El Dorado Kitchen to host our rehearsal dinner. In total we had around 66 guests and were seated in the courtyard area and it was a beautiful, intimate setting in which we could welcome our friends and family.

From the beginning of the planning process to the end, Nisha was fantastic to work with. She answered all of our questions, went out of her way to accommodate our couple of very specific requests, and made sure the event ran without a hitch. It’s been a couple of weeks after our wedding and people are still telling us how much they enjoyed the food at the rehearsal dinner.

I fully recommend El Dorado Kitchen and once again I want to say, “Thank you” to Nisha and the team for their help in a night we’re never going to forget.

We had a great experience here. Married on the patio under the fig tree, staff was awesome. It was very pretty and very simple, just what we wanted. The only hiccup was that people were eating on the patio.
It was not private and it was not made clear to us ahead of time. Overall the food, wine and service was great, but that part sucked. People don't want onlookers dropping silverware during a very private ceremony - the venue should and could plan for that are to be vacant during a ceremony, especially when our was only 20 minutes. It doesn't hurt the restaurant or hotel to not seat new parties out there for a few minutes. In any case, we had a wonderful time and Angie was a good resource and big help in planning and executing a wedding long distance.

I had my reception here in March and I have had some time to think over how I felt about the overall experience and as you can see I am not gushing. I worked with their event planner Angie who was not existent when I phoned, late to meetings, and really stuck to the bare minimum required. The food was amazing, however, vegetarians were given meat when I was told they would make any accommodations needed for allergies and special needs. The servers were too good at their jobs as they removed saved pieces of cake while people were up from their seats for 2 minutes. However on the upside the bartenders were really fabulous and didn't keep anyone waiting. If you are foodie bride this place is overall a great option with beautiful decor that you really don't need to do anything to. I put vases with anchored roses and floating candles sparsly in the space it glowed beautifully on a rainy day. My wedding was less than 100 people and the size of dance floor and tables and walkways was great though it took a very long time to finalize the arrangements as Angie was not forthcoming with help. If you know what you want and how you want it, this will work well for you!
