Avoid this company & use Enterprise. They do sleazy tatics.
They forced me to purchase their insurance when i went to pick up a reserved rental in October 2020. All due to them not doing their job the correct way.
They belittled me in front of a crowd by accussing me of not having insurance as Im on a relative's policy listed as a driver. Fake called my carrier and said they were closed when my company, travlers ins, is open 24/7. They said my name needed to be on the insurance card, which isnt true. You can be on a persons policy listed as a driver. Had they done thier job the correct way they would've known that
