They were very prompt with getting back to my questions. They were able to match the background of the photo strips to the look of our wedding invitations which was a cute touch. The setup and break down were smooth. You also have the option to keep a copy of all the photos taken which is very nice.

Didn't really have any issues. They were recommended by our venue, because they use them frequently. The slight miscommunication on set up just because who I was talking to you had never been to the venue before. They ended up getting a call from the guy who usually sets up there because there was only one way to set up both the tents in the space so it turned out just how I wanted. Even though a side wall was missing because of the confusion by the end of the day he brought it right out.
