My fiancé (now husband) discovered Eden Grey Photography at the Bridal Extravaganza in 2018. After seeing an entire aisle of photographers, I still hadn’t found what I was looking for in a photographer to capture my wedding. That was until we turned a corner and saw Stephanie’s work. Not only were her pictures gorgeous and everything I had imagined (I wanted clean, crisp, timeless pictures without any moody filters), but her personality was icing on the cake for us. She invited us to her home office and discussed our wedding’s vision, how we met, what we like, etc. over cookies and wine. Stephanie invested in us and got to know us, before capturing our pictures, which made all the difference in our end product.

We had our Engagement pictures, my Bridals, and our Wedding day captured by Stephanie. We were always so comfortable taking our pictures because of her communication and assistance in what to do: where to head tilt, where to place our hands, which knee to bend etc. When it came to selecting a fraction of the Wedding Day pictures for the condensed album I said to her, “You’ve made my job of picking pictures super difficult by doing yours so well!” Seriously though, what Stephanie does is pure ART. She has a gift, and I’m so thankful that she shares it with the world, because her talent radiates with her meticulous attention to detail so that every picture is perfect.

Having Stephanie photograph your wedding is like having a life-long, close friend capturing all of your special moments… she instinctively knows where to be when, and she is like a NINJA! I had no idea that she got some of the shots she did until we saw the picture gallery! Our family and friends have also been so incredibly impressed with her work. NOT ONLY is she crazy talented with her photo composition and knowledge of lighting and how to pose people who are uncomfortable in front of a camera, but she also jumped in and was willing to have us hire her after meeting us just ONE WEEK before our wedding. My husband and I put together a wedding in about 10 days, and she adjusted her personal schedule to accommodate us. She squeezed in a quick couple’s portrait session after our ceremony, and even drove us to our reception in her own car. Stephanie is, hands-down, the best investment you will make on your wedding day. I will treasure our photos for the rest of my life.

(If I had one piece of advice for future clients, it would be to DOUBLE or TRIPLE the number of pictures you agree to put in your album. 50 pictures may sound like a lot, but she took so many incredible pictures, that it took us FOREVER to narrow them down to the ones we kept for the album. You’re going to want way more options… so shoot for 100 or 200 at the very least.)
