She made the cake for my sister's wedding a few years ago and I knew I wanted her to make my wedding cake, too! She is friendly, professional, and incredibly talented. Every last detail of our cake was perfect, it was exactly what we wanted, not to mention DELICIOUS!! Highly recommend her. I found her under Edelweiss Cakes, not Edelweiss Bakery though.

This is the best wedding cake I have ever had. The cake is never frozen and she has so many types to choose from. Our favorite was the chocolate cake with chocolate butter cream and chocolate ganache filling. Very willing to make a smaller cake and use very reasonably priced sheet cakes to make up the difference. The cake was beautiful too. Simple yet elegant; just what I had imagined.
