About

Easy Slider is DFW's first and only gourmet slider truck. We're serving up fresh, creative mini-burgers all over town! We use only Certified Angus beef and the freshest Farmer's Market produce, including our Texas-born baby portabello mushrooms. Bread is made fresh every day. Sauces are made on the truck. Desserts are local. High fives are free.

Caroline Perini and Miley Holmes opened Easy Slider in December 2011, inspired by their neverending search for "The Perfect Bite." Easy Slider's flavors are influenced by Caroline's Texas roots and Miley's obsession with all things Southern. Their priorities are A) serving fresh, top-quality ingredients and B) having a good time doing it.

We love Easy Slider

Easy Sliders was a dream to work with for our wedding. They are very responsive and made it so easy to book. Not only that, but their food is DELICIOUS! They were a huge hit with all of our guests. Would 100% recommend using them for any special occasion!

Best Wedding Food Truck!

We hired the Easy Slider food truck for our outdoor micro-wedding it it was perfect! Amy Winters helped us through the whole process and it was so easy and not to mention DELICIOUS! :)

Hiring Easy Slider and designing the event menu was a breeze. The day of the event, they did a splendid job and all of our guests loved the sliders.
