My wedding cake (three layer white cake and an extra sheet cake) and cookie/cannoli platter (8 dozen mini cannolis, eclairs, and cream puffs and 5 lbs of Italian cookies) were perfect! Everything was delicious, and they have the best prices in the Lehigh Valley!

Since I was told by many that a majority of brides served sheet cake from the back and because of the number we were expecting to open post reception party, we opted for 4 different sheet cakes from this bakery and are still getting rave reviews from our guests. We were able to call ahead, just days before the wedding and got vanilla/ blueberry, vanilla/ cannoli, chocolate/ chocolate pudding and chocolate/ raspberry - all with a whipped icing and all TO DIE FOR!

Mitzi was so easy to work with and their prices were very reasonable. Even better, everything they made for us was delicious. They had a variety of desserts that they offered including mini pastries, sheet pies and smaller tiered wedding cakes. I would definitely recommend to others!

The wedding cake from the Easton Baking Company was fabulous! This Italian bakery made you feel like you were part of the family, my Italian husband commented that he felt that the people could have been any of his aunts/uncles. Our cake was a four-tiered cake with a raspberry filling and buttercream icing. The buttercream was not overly sweet and the cake looked beautiful. Price was fabulous at only $125 and that included delivery to Hellertown.

My grandmother insisted we have a wedding cake along with our pies. She ordered our cake from Easton Baking. My family has used Easton Baking for birthday, graduation, and anniversary cakes for as long as I can remember and we are never disappointed. The cake is always tasty - and the icing is the perfect level of sweetness. Our wedding cake was simple and beautiful - just as we wanted - and of course tasty! Plus their prices are FAR more reasonable than other bakeries. We definately recommend Easton Baking for wedding cakes or any other baking needs you may have!

I cannot say enough good things about Easton Bakery. Mitzi was great to work with. She knew exactly what I wanted and the results proved that to be true. You will not be the price anywhere you go and everything was inclusive in the price. After the wedding we even received a phone call asking us to critique their product and services. They asked if there was anything we would suggest that they improve and it took everything in our power not to laugh. IMPROVE! Can't improve on perfect!
