Eagle Rock Resort is a beautiful wedding venue located in Hazelton, Pennsylvania. This gated community spreads across a 5,000-acre area of land in the heart of the Blue Mountains. The wedding planning team at the venue is dedicated to working with couples in order to execute stunning wedding celebrations. They strive to craft events that perfectly represent each couple's individual vision and style.

Facilities and Capacity

Eagle Rock Resort boasts three exquisite locations in which your wedding ceremony can take place. The property's white, sandy beach offers a beautiful spot for couples who wish to host a waterfront wedding. Meanwhile, the venue's lawn, located outside of the lodge building, grants breathtaking views of the valley and the 18-hole golf course. Both of these spaces function as wonderful outdoor venue options for couples and their guests. The third event space on the property resides in the romantic Base Lodge. This indoor space features dramatic, two-story glass walls that display the whole of Eagle Rock Mountain. Ideal for a large wedding celebration, this area can host up to 400 guests. With the utilization of both indoor and outdoor spaces on the property, up to 450 individuals can be accommodated.

Services Offered

The event specialist at the venue takes pride in assisting couples with the design and implementation of their envisioned wedding. The staff will strive to ensure that couples remain as stress-free as possible for their special day. To further enhance each couple's magical experience at the resort, the owners offer the use of golf carts and horse-drawn carriages on the day of the wedding.

Cuisine

The remarkable chef at this retreat will curate a delicious menu for you and your guests to enjoy. The catering services can accommodate a range of serving styles, including buffets, plated meals, stations, family-style, hors d'oeuvres, and dessert tables. Furthermore, the cuisine service also includes cake cutting assistance and a champagne toast. The catering provided by the golf course can include bar services in any rental package.

Other Facilities

Eagle Rock Resort boasts an array of amenities to rid couples of stress and keep guests well entertained. In addition to the 18-hole golf course, couples and their guests can take advantage of the full-service spa and salon, aquatic center with heated pools, equestrian center, and more. Absolutely Amazing

We had our wedding at Eagle Rock this past weekend. I grew up going to Eagle Rock and loved the idea of getting married there. When we went to tour the venue, we met Carrie the Event Coordinator and knew it was the place for us. Eagle Rock is a perfect venue, but it is the added service that Carrie provides that gives it extra magic. She walked me through the whole process and I completely trusted her from the moment we met. She was by my side, checking in on me during the whole year of planning. She cared so much that our day was perfect and it absolutely was. Carol from Still Creek Inc is Eagle Rock’s decorator. She is absolutely amazing and a joy to work with. I sent her maybe 5 Pinterest pictures and she completely ran with my vision. The bouquet she made me was beyond any of my hopes and dreams. Carol and Carrie work together to make a powerful team. Eagle Rock is an amazing venue, but the team they have in place for weddings is absolutely 5 stars. I used all vendors that Carrie recommended and they were equally fantastic. I cannot recommend everyone enough!

Eagle Rock was an excellent place to have our wedding. The food and service was superb.

Carrie was a gem right from the stars. She was very responsive to my ideas and suggestions and was always available when I needed her. She was like having my very own wedding planner. The food and service was awesome. People told us they never had such good food at a wedding. The only issue we had was that it was very hot in the base lodge. Otherwise A+. We will certainly recommend Eagle Rock for a wedding venue.

September Wedding 2019

My wedding was absolutely amazing. We had our dream wedding at Eagle Rock. From the breathtaking views from our Ceremony Site to the beautiful setup at the Base Lodge we were extremely happy. Their staff was wonderful and Chef Artie's food was delicious. We couldn't of asked for a better day. Thank you so much!!!

My wedding (ceremony and reception) was held at Eagle Rock on September 7th 2013. I could not have been more pleased! The site is beautiful and the services that the resort provides are top notch. We held our rehearsal dinner on site and the staff and chef went all out. We were able to customize a BBQ for our friends and family and everyone loved it! My bridal party and I used the spa services as well and had a great experience. Elaine and staff were very flexible and so nice and kind to deal with. We all looked great...and myself and bridal party received several compliments on our hair and make up. Our entire experience was coordinated by Cheri and Tracy and they were fantastic! Very easy to work with and you could tell that they both were very invested in our day and making it perfect for us. Cheri was with us every step of the way and I truly feel that she went above and beyond for us. The food was also fantastic...so many people commented on how tasty everything was. We selected a station approach to the food and were able to have a wide variety of food choices for our guests. All in all I could not have been happier with having our ceremony and reception at Eagle Rock! I had so many people tell me during our wedding day and after what a great wedding it was and how beautiful the ceremony was and how fantastic the resort is! Every bride wants a perfect wedding day...I had mine at Eagle Rock!

We got married at Eagle Rock Resort on 9/8/12, and everything was absolutely perfect! We had both the ceremony and reception here. The ceremony had to be moved inside at the last minute but it was gorgeous inside too. The wedding coordinators would always respond quickly to all of my emails and were always willing to answer all of my questions. The day of, they made sure everything ran smoothly. The site itself is gorgeous, the staff is phenomenal, the food was delicious and everything was perfect (Except the weather....but even with tornado warnings everything went off without a hitch). We also used the spa there for our hair and we were so impressed with them as well. I would highly recommend Eagle Rock Resort to anyone! It is one of the most beautiful wedding sites around!

My husband and I had both our ceremony and reception at Eagle Rock this May. I can honestly say that it was a fairy tale wedding and Eagle Rock helped make that happen. From the maintenance men coordinating a plan the morning of the wedding after 24 hours of rain by putting together a platform so that I could still hold the ceremony outside overlooking the beautiful mountains down to the security guards coordinating parking for our guests and the horse and carriage. With only a few months on the job, Samantha did an amazing job coordinating everything without a detail being left undone. Shirley worked one on one with me and coordinated with the chef for both our rehearsal dinner (pig roast) , breakfast at the spa and at the lodge, and our reception. We got so many compliments on the food! Elaine is such a sweetheart and worked with me and my large bridal party so that we could all get updos, manis, pedis, make-up etc! Finally, I could not go without recognizing Carol and her amazing decorating skills. When I walked into the reception, I could not have been happier! Everything was so elegant and matched my fairy tale wedding. The staff is amazing to work with and the location alone is breath taking from the beach to the mountains. I'm still getting messages and phone calls about how beautiful the wedding was! I would highly recommend Eagle Rock lead by Samantha and her crew :)

My ceremony at Eagle Rock was absolutely beautiful! We chose to have the ceremony on the mountain next to the Lodge and our reception at the base lodge. The staff (Nate, Tracy, Elaine, and Barbara) were wonderful people to work with. They made sure that I was comfortable during the whole planning process and truly went above and beyond for us! The food at the reception was amazing and all of my guests were very happy with the service provided. The only problem we ran into was when we returned to the Lodge at the end of the evening. Our guests rented 90% of the hotel for our wedding and when we got back to the Lodge we accumulated in the Great Room in the lobby, which we were told earlier by the staff that we were allowed to do. However, upon our return, we were told that we were not allowed to stay in the great room by the staff that was there for the evening because of noise since there were so many of us. I spoke with the woman at the front desk and the manager of the lodge to figure out what we could do (both of whom were just trying to make everybody happy). In any case, my guests did clear out, but as they were doing so they were treated very poorly by an incredibly rude security guard who spoke to me and my guests in a very condescending manner. I was truly offended and ended up upset on my wedding night because of how this man treated myself and my guests. Everything else during that day was absolutely perfect and it was a shame that my night ended the way it did. To future brides planning a wedding at Eagle Rock - I definitely suggest having your wedding there and using the Base Lodge, Club House, and the Spa and Fitness Club, but I think that you will save yourselves a lot of headaches at the end of the night if you stay at the hotel that is just down the road a bit.

It's a beautiful place for any season wedding. Two fooors l, high wall widows!! For pictures beautiful scenery. Expensive but you pay for what you get. Bride and groom get a free room in the lodge!!
