My husband and I found this golf course by doing some staycations at the hotel nearby. We originally planned to do a backyard wedding but decided to check out the venue just to see their prices. After looking at the amazing views and their fairly priced plans we decided to go with them. I couldn’t be more thankful for Rikki and her staff. They truly made us feel like the guest of honor and treated all of my family like their own! We had a smaller wedding of about 50 people and all of them could not stop talking about the breath taking view. Given that I had a smaller wedding I decided not to hire a wedding planner and do it myself. I can’t give Rikki enough credit for all that she did for me since the start of the planning to the day of. She was super responsive and real easy to work with. She took so much off my plate and allowed me to concentrate and enjoy our wedding. Rikki and her team worked really well with all my vendors. I am super thankful to have her a part of such a special day! This is definitely the right place to start this new chapter in your life! Most definitely recommend!!

Such a hidden gem! We had our wedding ceremony and reception here for our intimate wedding of 35 people. Rikki the site coordinator was a dream to work with and was so patient with us throughout the whole process. The views are spectacular and the food was amazing. Our guests raved about how much they loved our wedding. I highly recommend getting married here if you are looking for an intimate wedding venue, with amazing views, and good food/service.

Really, if I could give this venue 100 stars, I would. If you want a venue with a drop-dead gorgeous view, for a surprisingly affordable price, with super nice and normal people to work with, look no further. First of all, Rikki is the GOAT. Seriously so nice, so helpful, quick to respond, made herself available to meet multiple times to answer my laundry list of questions, all while being calm and putting us at ease, she is a pro!!! Also, this venue is a hidden gem. I was shocked at the affordability of the place when there are similar venues out there for 5x the price. From the trees that make a natural arch at the ceremony space, to the jaw dropping view of the mountains (especially at sunset), to the clear view of the twinkling city lights after dark, this was a truly beautiful spot for us to say I do and celebrate with our family friends!!!

We search long and hard for a wedding venue close to Scottsdale with amazing views and feel so lucky that we found Eagle Mountain in Fountain Hills. Rikki, the Events Director, was amazing to work with! She was so accommodating with any request and brought it all together perfectly for our wedding! She met us many times for walk throughs with our vendors and always so easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend having any event at Eagle Mountain, their space is gorgeous and private room has big panels that open to the outside.

Eagle Mountain Golf Club offered the perfect backdrop for our ceremony overlooking the 18th hole. Monica and her staff went over and beyond to make our day special from setting up the reception space, to keeping us and the guests comfortable and happy. They managed any hiccups without concerning us and their service helped to make a perfect day.

Very down to Earth, great response time, professional, kind, flexible, and honest. We already feel like family...and we are still 10 months out from our wedding date. Can't wait for our big day at Eagle Mt Golf Club!!

I don't even know where to begin! We booked our wedding over a year in advance, the views from Eagle Mountain are priceless. The event coordinator, Gina, was an absolute joy! She is very responsive and terrific at her job. My husband commented that she treated us like our wedding was the only wedding. I felt reassured and calm everytime we spoke. The service was top notch. I would highly recommend Eagle Mountain for your wedding!

This venue was amazing! Gina was so incredibly helpful with our last minute wedding. We had less than 4 weeks to put together the wedding of our dreams and even though the venue itself was in the middle of overseed of the golf course, Gina and her staff made it happen! We were still able to take beautiful pictures and the small space actually fit our vision of an intimate wedding even more so. Rachel was on top of it with cocktails and made us a special sangria cocktail at our request that my "sweet wine" drinking relatives absolutely loved! I cannot say enough great things about the location, professionalism and overall efficiency on our special day.

I woul HIGHLY recommend Eagle Mountain Golf Club. Gina was beyond amazing. For our cocktail hour photos she set up drinks and appetizers in golf carts to take us around the sitefor photos. She even bustled my dress by herself. She was attentive without being overbearing and kept everyone on schedule. The venue was beautiful, overlooking a valley. The food was great and they responded to feedback well (e.g. Less pepper on the veggies). I am beyon happy with how things turned out and the support of the staff to create my wedding. They also were flexible with picking up decor the day after the wedding. Put your faith in Gina and she can pull it all together.

We are from Alberta, Canada and got married in Scottsdale. After doing some research we narrowed the venues down to two golf courses near the area. We flew down and after seeing both, we knew without a doubt that Eagle Mountain was going to be the place we would bring all of our loved ones. The views are absolutely stunning both day and night. We said I do outside under two beautiful trees outlooking the golf course and then the reception had a 360 degree window view of the city lights in the distance. Gina was the wedding coordinator on site and she was AMAZING. She made sure if I had any questions on things we could do/couldn't do/suggestions that she got back to me asap. She was so friendly and made the stressful process of planning a wedding (especially out of country) an absolute breeze. She was there all night to make sure everything went smoothly and had a huge smile on her face. Our guests could not stop complimenting us on everything and said it was the best wedding they had ever been to. We highly recommend this venue & Gina for your special day!
