My husband and I found this golf course by doing some staycations at the hotel nearby. We originally planned to do a backyard wedding but decided to check out the venue just to see their prices. After looking at the amazing views and their fairly priced plans we decided to go with them. I couldn’t be more thankful for Rikki and her staff. They truly made us feel like the guest of honor and treated all of my family like their own! We had a smaller wedding of about 50 people and all of them could not stop talking about the breath taking view. Given that I had a smaller wedding I decided not to hire a wedding planner and do it myself. I can’t give Rikki enough credit for all that she did for me since the start of the planning to the day of. She was super responsive and real easy to work with. She took so much off my plate and allowed me to concentrate and enjoy our wedding. Rikki and her team worked really well with all my vendors. I am super thankful to have her a part of such a special day! This is definitely the right place to start this new chapter in your life! Most definitely recommend!! -

Hidden Gem!
Such a hidden gem! We had our wedding ceremony and reception here for our intimate wedding of 35 people. Rikki the site coordinator was a dream to work with and was so patient with us throughout the whole process. The views are spectacular and the food was amazing. Our guests raved about how much they loved our wedding. I highly recommend getting married here if you are looking for an intimate wedding venue, with amazing views, and good food/service. -

Really, if I could give this venue 100 stars, I would. If you want a venue with a drop-dead gorgeous view, for a surprisingly affordable price, with super nice and normal people to work with, look no further. First of all, Rikki is the GOAT. Seriously so nice, so helpful, quick to respond, made herself available to meet multiple times to answer my laundry list of questions, all while being calm and putting us at ease, she is a pro!!! Also, this venue is a hidden gem. I was shocked at the affordability of the place when there are similar venues out there for 5x the price. From the trees that make a natural arch at the ceremony space, to the jaw dropping view of the mountains (especially at sunset), to the clear view of the twinkling city lights after dark, this was a truly beautiful spot for us to say I do and celebrate with our family friends!!! -

Melanie Sent on 11/14/2017I don't even know where to begin! We booked our wedding over a year in advance, the views from Eagle Mountain are priceless. The event coordinator, Gina, was an absolute joy! She is very responsive and terrific at her job. My husband commented that she treated us like our wedding was the only wedding. I felt reassured and calm everytime we spoke. The service was top notch. I would highly recommend Eagle Mountain for your wedding!

Terra Sent on 10/14/2017This venue was amazing! Gina was so incredibly helpful with our last minute wedding. We had less than 4 weeks to put together the wedding of our dreams and even though the venue itself was in the middle of overseed of the golf course, Gina and her staff made it happen! We were still able to take beautiful pictures and the small space actually fit our vision of an intimate wedding even more so. Rachel was on top of it with cocktails and made us a special sangria cocktail at our request that my "sweet wine" drinking relatives absolutely loved! I cannot say enough great things about the location, professionalism and overall efficiency on our special day.

Cassie Sent on 06/17/2017I woul HIGHLY recommend Eagle Mountain Golf Club. Gina was beyond amazing. For our cocktail hour photos she set up drinks and appetizers in golf carts to take us around the sitefor photos. She even bustled my dress by herself. She was attentive without being overbearing and kept everyone on schedule. The venue was beautiful, overlooking a valley. The food was great and they responded to feedback well (e.g. Less pepper on the veggies). I am beyon happy with how things turned out and the support of the staff to create my wedding. They also were flexible with picking up decor the day after the wedding. Put your faith in Gina and she can pull it all together. -

Lauren Sent on 06/15/2014We worked with both Nic and Gina and both were amazing. They really made it personal, and everything went so smoothly because of them. They took care of everything, from set-up and tear-down, to food and overall organizing. Other venues we searched wanted to charge outrageous prices. We wanted fun Mexican food, street tacos etc. Other venues were going to charge us for steak even though we wanted a less expensive food item. Eagle Mountain worked with us on everything, all the way down to the fine details. I truly believe our day went so smooth because of them! -

Sadiepoo Sent on 11/03/2013Everything about our experience with Eagle Mountain was amazing. The site for the outdoor ceremony is so spectacular you don't need to even worry about decorations! After the ceremony the cocktail hour is held outdoors where our guests were treated to the most spectacular sunset and views of the entire valley down below. Everyone had their cameras out for photos. The reception venue has huge windows which were opened so it actually felt like we were outside and everyone could see the fantastic views of the city lights below. The food was amazing and the staff was exceptional. Gina was incredible to work with. If you want a venue for your wedding that will leave your guests raving for weeks this is the place! -

Nic has great attention to detail, but also is very laid back at the same time. He worked with us on everything and no task was too big! Our wedding was absolutely perfect and the view was simply amazing. Nic - You are the best and we can't thank you enough for making our day truly memorable.

The food was absolutely phenomenal and Gina, the wedding supervisor was so helpful, friendly, and professional. Our wedding day was perfect, thanks to Eagle Mountain Golf Club. We had an average-to-long engagement (14 months). When I first started looking for a venue, I really struggled. I looked at 22 venues (seriously!) in the Phoenix area before I saw Eagle Mountain. The staff seemed very professional, and I got the sense that they would take care of everything seamlessly on my wedding day. We also thought that the reception pavilion was the perfect balance - small enough that it wouldn't overwhelm our small guest list but large enough not to be crowded. Indoor for convenience, but with fully open windows to enjoy the weather. The view from the ceremony lawn sealed the deal, so I signed on the dotted line.
Eagle Mountain is a well-oiled machine. The coordinator, Monica, allowed my family to drop-off supplies the day before, since we had a Friday wedding. This was greatly appreciated and dramatically reduced my stress level. Her answer to almost every question was "absolutely.'" With very little instruction, Monica and her team set up all of our DIY decorations to create the perfect look the day of. Monica insisted that I wouldn't have anything to worry about the moment I stepped into the venue on my wedding day, and she was right. They didn't ask me any questions, they just got the job done. It was such a relief to be able to focus on my vows and my family without wondering if everything else was on track.
Highlights:
--The view! That view from the ceremony lawn is worth the drive. You won't see anything like it anywhere else in Phoenix.
--Post-ceremony pictures: The venue coordinator will take the couple and your photographer took us and our photographer around the course in a golf cart and pointed out some of the best photo opportunities. We got some amazing pictures, and the ride was actually a really fun way to blow off steam and connect with my new hubby one-on-one after the vows. Monica even packed up appetizers and fresh water in the cart so we wouldn't miss out on cocktail hour - it's the little things!
--The space: The transition from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception was so easy for our guests and vendors, because everything is right next to each other. The reception area looked beautiful after Monica and her team were done with it.
--The food: We both got the steak and it was cooked perfectly. I loved the beurre blanc sauce!
--The staff: The bar staff and wait staff were very professional and on-time. It is obvious that this team takes handles multiple weddings per week during busy season - they know what they're doing.
--The value: This was one of the best-priced options I could find to accomplish what we were looking for in the Phoenix area. It's not the cheapest option, but it's definitely not the most expensive, particularly for the level of service and location. The food and beverage pricing is reasonable.
Overall, we really couldn't have asked for a more magical wedding. We are so grateful to the Eagle Mountain staff, and would certainly recommend this venue to any newly-engaged couples! -

We used Eagle Mountain for our wedding and we could not have had a better view for our ceremony! The reception hall is amazing and beautiful views as well. The only thing I would change is not having golfers and people at the restaurant and around the bar area. It is not a complete private feeling. And the bridal suit is a little small. But, it is beautiful and the staff was helpful and friendly! We had amazing view pictures because of the location! -
