First I want to start by saying my sister in law used them without problems but only needed them from the church to the reception . However, they ruined my wedding day and effected the day and I am unable to replace the memories . They were late picking my husband an hour late picking up the bridal party at the second location and my ceremony started an hour late . I was waiting in the rolls Royce for 50 minutes waiting for my bridal party to get to the church . There was another wedding in the church after and we were unable to take any pictures in the church after . It also hindered us from going to our photo location before the reception . They had the directions wrong to where they were supposed to be going . To boot the AC broke in there party bus and it was very hot and humid on my wedding day . The driver had no idea how to get to the reception venue and my bridal party had to inform the driver he was going the wrong way , Once they arrived at the reception they were all dripping sweat . Our Rolls Royce driver was great but had no communication with the driver of the party bus . They did give us transportation to and from the airport for our honeymoon to try and make it right but the damage was done . I would not trust them to do a big event or recommend them for a wedding .
