The fee will vary due to several factors including the location of the event, length of service, number of musicians contracted, and the date and time of the service (for example, performances on certain holidays or holiday periods may require slightly higher fees.)

• Date & Time of Event (please include start time and end time)
• Location of Event (Full address as well as the building name)
• Type of Event (wedding ceremony, church service, corporate banquet, grand opening, etc.)
• Number of Musicians and types of Instruments Desired (for example trumpet soloist, brass quintet, jazz quartet, string quaret) NOTE: I can consult with you to help you to decide what types of instrument(s) would be best for your event.

If, after receiving a price quote from us, you decide that you would like to make a booking, let us know and we will send you an email contract agreement for your approval. Once you have approved and have accepted the emailed contract, you will then mail a 15% non-refundable deposit to us to reserve that date, with the balance amount due at the performance. Upon our receipt of your deposit, the date will then be officially reserved for you.
