We absolutely loved working with Dulce Belize Weddings. Honestly, they were worth every penny. Planning a wedding in Belize while we were living in the U.S. could have been super stressful, but they made the entire process feel so smooth and easy. They were always super responsive, really organized, and handled so many details that we never even had to think about.

From the start, they were on top of everything: coordinating with our venue at Mahogany Bay Resort and Village so well that it made logistics for us and all our guests a breeze. Their attention to detail was amazing. Every vendor they brought in, from the florals to makeup to seating was professional, punctual, and top quality.

On the wedding day, we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Seriously. We just showed up and enjoyed. There was even a last-minute weather change that forced Dulce Belize to rework the entire layout and flow of the event, and none of our guests had any idea. That’s how seamless they made it.

Mariel was our main coordinator, and she had everything running like a well-oiled machine. Melody was also incredible—she put so much care and thought into the floral arrangements and design. The whole team was so kind and attentive, especially to our elderly family members, making sure they were comfortable and looked after while the rest of us partied.

So many of our guests told us it was one of the most fun and beautiful weddings they’d ever been to and we really believe that’s largely thanks to Dulce Belize Weddings. Every idea we had, they not only made happen but made better. 10/10 would recommend.

Absolutely the most amazing team to work with from the first consultation call to the last dance! I cannot say enough good things about Dulce Belize weddings, Melody and her team were the best. Planning a wedding in another country and choosing a wedding planner you’ve never met in person is a bit scary but I couldn’t be happier with my decision to hire Melody! I had no idea how everything would come together and it was nothing short of perfection, truly unbelievable how seamlessly this team pulled it all off. It was everything I ever dreamt of and more! The organization was beyond expectations and somehow Melody was able to capture the exact theme and mood I had imagined with just a few conversations and inspo photos. They went above and buying in every way even so far as to have a crew show up the morning of the wedding to completely cover a wood construction site wall that was rather unsightly with giant fresh palm leaves which I hadn’t even asked for or considered, I was fine dealing with the construction site on the property but in hind site was so happy with the results from a completely unsolicited project that they just did on their own at no extra cost to me just because they cared so much about making the setting perfect for us! It remains one of the best nights of my life and I will forever treasure the memories! Food, cake, hair & make up and music recommendations were spot on! Seriously the food was exceptional which is very difficult to do in buffet style especially on a tiny island in the middle of the ocean, my mind was blown and all of our guests commenting how good the food was! Denis the guitarist was one of the best decisions we made such a special treat having him play before the wedding and to sing our song as I walked down the isle, highly recommend him! Do not hesitate to hire this team I promise you will not regret it!

Melody was absolutely phenomenal. We had a crazy wedding planning experience that didn’t go how we had planned, and luckily, I was recommended melody and she came in and fixed ALL of our stress. I got married in Ambergris Caye, Belize in April of 2024 and I hired Dulce Belize weddings nearly a year in advance. It definitely made the entire process much easier and less stressful.
