Planning an elopement destination wedding at the end of 2020 had its challenges, but finding a photographer was not one of them. We were fortunate to have found Jose at the beginning of the year and booked him immediately. Despite multiple location and date changes Jose was nothing but easy going and accommodating through all of it. Neither my husband nor I are very comfortable in front of the camera and we let Jose know we preferred a more organic relaxed vibe. He did just that making the experience fun and easy, giving us beautiful memories to last a lifetime. We are beyond appreciative of Jose and his friendship through the process. Best wedding photographer ever!!!

We hired Jose Luis to photograph our small wedding at our villas. He offered affordable and flexible packages and his skill and professionalism did not disappoint. He was kind, friendly and could have easily been mistaken as an invited guest because of how well he got along with everyone without being the least bit intrusive. Our wedding photos are beautiful. His candid shots captured the joy and laughter so impeccably that we are still able to relive that day each time we look at his photos. His attention to detail by photographing the table setting, the perfect full moon, his keen eye for composition, the location…together with photos of our guests, our couple portraits and the candid shots allowed me to create our wedding video. If i had to mention one regret it would be not hiring him for the whole day. (i took the 3 hour package). While setting a budget for your wedding can be overwhelming, don’t cut the photography budget. You’ll want to remember and relive every aspect of your special day and photos are the way to accomplish that. We highly recommend Jose Luis not only as a wedding photographer…but for anyone looking to document their stay in beautiful Belize for a lifetime of beautiful memories. Jose was so great to work with! My husband and I were set to be married in Tortola October 2018. Just two weeks before our flight a hurricane came through and destroyed the island. We had only a few days to completely rearrange our wedding plans and start from scratch.

We set our sights on Belize, and having never been there before, we took a great risk. Then we found Jose! He helped us out immensely. For one, I am extremely camera shy, to the point where I'm basically having a panic attack in front of the lens! My husband is the complete opposite. I let Jose know this beforehand, of course. He was so no pressure, but at the same time enough pressure to produce amazing photos. This is his name, he needs to do a great job and that is exactly what he does.
