I have had the privilege of working with Dreams in Detail on several occasions and EVERY time their team is professional, creative and always putting their clients first! I see the behind the scenes, so I know how above and beyond they go for their clients by hiring runners to do last minute errands the bridal party forgot to do, purchasing items and making last minute adjustments on the day of to accommodate the bridal party in any way. I couldn't say enough wonderful things about them honestly! They care. It is as simple as that. They care about the wedding, the bride’s mindset, the stress-free atmosphere on the day of the event and they are definitely my go-to when referring my clients to the best!

Dreams in Detail is the epitome of professionalism. From their structured floor plans, layouts, contracts, invoicing methods, etc. I was blown away with every part of the process because they were so on top of things and use technology within their events. Their service is elite and the level of experience they bring can't be ignored. I am impressed with their detailed timelines where they leave nothing to chance. What I love about Dreams In Detail is their ability to transform into whatever the event requires of them at the time – an extra hand for the florist, catering staff, wedding planner, designer, chauffer, runner, host, emcee, etc. They step in wherever they can and are a jack of all trades for sure. Their team steps in to help all vendors if they need an extra hand, are running behind, etc. It is phenomenal to see the selflessness, when watching them perform duties outside of what is listed on their contract.

Amazingly creative group of women. Professional, flexible and incredibly well connected. Their weddings are STUNNING. How a room can go from looking like a plain corporate conference space to a romantic, glam, oasis is beyond my level of understanding. Their work is what I call MAGIC!

We worked with Nicole as our coordinator for our wedding, and she was absolutely delightful! She was organized, thoughtful, and even thought of important questions for wedding planning that I hadn’t considered. On the day of the wedding we completely trusted her to set up our decor exactly how we wanted - and it was perfect! We had several props and crafts that we needed to have added and frames, loose décor items, and guest table items that needed to be placed and their design eye was evident. They turn the ordinary into extraordinary. I loved how they asked the florist for complimentary loose roses to add to the card/gift table. She really knows how to exceed expectations and making the most of our wedding! We can’t thank her enough!

Dreams in Detail was amazing to work with! From our first meeting to our wedding day, they cared so much about making our wedding vision come to life. The questions Nicole asked were more than the basic Q&A other planners have asked. I really felt that our wedding coordinator, Nicole, cared about making our day as special as can be. She went above and beyond to help with vendors and making decisions and really took a lot of stress off of our plate. Her suggestions and insight were priceless, and we felt instantly comfortable taking to her about money and budget. She was extremely honest and transparent so a discussion I thought would be awkward ended up being smooth. Thank you thank you thank you!

One word: amazing!!!! I could not recommend this company more. Nicole was the most wonderful day-of coordinator. She followed my quirky plans and she fixed all of the problems I created (Oops!), and she just made it happen. I’m so happy that she has that grit in her to just make it happen no matter what. If there was an issue, I did not know about it. She was flexible, friendly, organized and detail-oriented. She was the backbone behind the whole operation on the day of the wedding, and we are so blessed to have been able to work with her.

Dreams in Detail was AMAZING in planning our wedding. Our planner, Nicole, was incredible and made the process of being engaged SO enjoyable and stress-free!!! She was also just so fun to be around and positive, even when we did hit any brief stressful times. She knew exactly what to say and when to say it, always. Had such a great evening at the Four Seasons! The wedding weekend was an absolute dream and dreams in detail took care of every single detail from the welcome bags to the hangover kits delivered to the rooms in the middle of the wedding, so guests can use them afterward. The venue was recommended by Nicole and I truly see why! It was gorgeous and Nicole’s connections and relationship with the Four Seasons allowed us to be given amazing treatment as we booked the venue rather late as we hired Nicole late in the game, but they accommodated all of our needs and Nicole and the venue bent over backwards to make sure that all guests were taken care of. Amazing customer service is hard to find, but these girls have it down! Thank you for everything.

Nicole and her team are extremely organized and make planning your event a breeze. They let you focus on the event, not the planning. I was never bogged down with frivolous details. I gave her the green light to make decisions and she did so within budget and clearly with me at the forefront as she made decisions as I would have wanted her to. She negotiated on my behalf and kept us below budget! Does that even happen ever? So happy with her service!

These fabulous ladies are amazing! They went above and beyond on all aspects of my wedding. Hiring them is a decision I would make a thousand times over. They gave me the gift of not having to worry about a thing on my special day. They were such a joy to work with and brought peace and sanity to my busy busy mind. They exceeded all expectations and I could just let them do their job which was surreal for me because I am the micromanaging type. I didn't have to hover or ask a million questions I just let it be. They had it handled and it was clear from their attire, to their headsets, and detailed timeline in hand. It's a day I will never forget thanks to them!
