When you pay $1200 for toilets for a wedding UP FRONT ...a week prior...you are kind of stuck if they don' t come through for you. Mess up and, oh, well...it's too late, the wedding already happened, and they've got their money. Can't be fixed. So a review is your only recourse. Yes, the toilets were delivered when expected. And the toilets themselves were clean. But the mirror was filthy, as was the towel dispenser. And the soap dispenser was caked in dust. Really? I shouldn't have to be cleaning any of this, dressed up for my daughter's wedding rehearsal. But the most ridiculous issue was one that I thought I had covered...I called the week prior to make sure there would be adequately stocked toilet paper, paper towels and hand cleanser in both men's and women's facilities. And there was....locked up in a cabinet below the sink....which we didn't have a key to. And the towel dispenser had next to nothing in it. Again, I shouldn't have had to call at 4:00 on Friday afternoon before the wedding to ask them to please bring a key, or come unlock the cabinets so we could get the supplies. And to make matters worse, no one came. You are now forewarned.
