We had our wedding including the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception @ the DoubleTree. First of all, Jessica was amazing to work with the whole year before the wedding. She was a genuine help, was able to acomodate every request we made, provided quick and easy feedback. She made our experience stress free (coming from someone who is a huge stress ball). Next, the DoubleTree was a beautiful resort and they gave a great room discount for our guests. Most of our guests were out of towners and they were all impressed with how beautiful the resort, pools, restaurant, and wedding was. I praise the DoubleTree for all their hard work, beautiful site. Oh and the FOOD WAS AMAZING. My grandfather said it was the best chicken in his life. I could only wish that other brides could have this exact same experience that I had with Jessica, all her helpers, and the DoubleTree resort.

Allison and the DoubleTree were awesome! Obviously I was stressed the night before and the day of, but Allison took care of everything! My day was perfect and beautiful, I couldn't have been more pleased! Thank Allison! =)

I couldn't have asked for a better venue for my wedding than the Doubletree Paradise Valley Resort. Allison really went above and beyond to make sure my wedding day was no stress and all that I could have hoped for. If you want someone you can count on to do what they say they are going to do and provide exceptional service, look no further. The price was comparable to other venues but the service was what sold me on the Doubletree Paradise Valley Resort. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to host a wedding in the East Valley area.

Great experience overall, did have some room troubles with hotel, things charged that should not have been charged for our guests and the wedding suite's plumbing was backed up. Everything Allison did was great.

Our wedding was everything that we wanted and more! Alison and her team at DoubleTree were great and ensured that the wedding and reception went smoothly. Alison handled all of the arrangements and was available throughout the entire process to answer any questions and make sure that all of our requests were taken care of. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding and reception! I would definitely recommend the DoubleTree for any occasion!

We had a beautiful wedding at the Doubletree. The cocktail hour was the best, outside by the fountain...our guests still talk about it! The ceremony was wonderful and the staff was great. Allison, the wedding planner is fantastic and I highly recommend her. Great place to get married!!!

The Doubletree was an amazing place to host my wedding reception. The value for cost was exceptional and working with Allison was an absolute pleasure. She is extremely good at what she does as the wedding coordinator for the hotel. My only issue lies aside from all things wedding. I have often had problems with booking and payment for rooms. The staff at the front desk has often left me dissapointed and feeling taken advantage of. For example, I have stayed at the establishment twice, one including my wedding night and once on my birthday prior. Both times they charged my credit card for additonal rooms and nights of stay, after taking action myself they went back and adjusted the credit card both times but the inconvenience of having money taken from my account without my knowing or signing off on anything made me a little nervous and that is why I gave service a 3. My tip would be to insure you see a final bill at the end of your stay (which I did)...and follow up on the amount charged to your card on file. I would still recommend this as a great place to vacation or as a venue for a special event.

The only issues we had was the cleaning lady who was sweeping one of the patio's during the service and had to be asked twice by one of our guests to stop. This could have ben avoided had Double Tree provided those rooms to my guests as they had assured me they would.

Oh my! This is NOT your average Doubletree! If you are looking for a piece of paradise in the Scottsdale area and want to get away from the typical hotel wedding, then this is the place to look. All the comforts of a resort with the beauty of a tucked away paradise!
