Dream Wedding Venue

This venue is breathtaking and a hidden gem in the desert. Be aware, the service fee can be up to 25% so take that into account when budgeting. Worth every penny!

We recently had our wedding at Sheraton Wild Horse Pass Resort & Spa. It was such a beautiful day and we are so happy that we picked this resort for our big day. The property is so pretty, but one of the main reasons we ended up choosing this resort is because of their staff. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. We especially want to thank Sandra Bohn, who is the Catering and Sales Manager. She went above and beyond to help make sure our day was perfect. She loves weddings and works with a lot of vendors so she was able to give me recommendations and help answer any questions that I had along the way. Thank you so much Sandra, we loved working with you!!

FABULOUS!!! I have never been to a Hotel that resides on the ancestral land of the Gila River Pima. A Native American Tribe ! The entire atmosphere, decor and warmth represents the cutler of the Pima and Maricopia Tribes. WHAT AN EXPERIENCES! go see for yourself. There is golf, gambling, fine dinning, old ghost town where Raw Hide has great rib eyes cooked over mascquet, hiking on the land that is LANDSCAPED TO REPRESENT the way it was when the river flowed. Horse back riding and a spa to relax your worries away. Oh and not to mention premium outlet mall! At the Sheraton by the pool they have a member of the tribe come to a big fire pit at night and tell actually story's of his people its powerful and very spiritual! Just go for the weekend you'll not regret the experience!

Words can't even describe how amazing this resort was for our ceremony and reception. When looking for venues, we really wanted a "WOW" factor. The first thing I said when walking into the resort was, "WOW! This is it!" Working with the wedding planner, Sandra, was absolutely perfect. She was very helpful in every area, gave her recommendations to us, and went above and beyond in helping in every area. Our guests that stayed at the resort had nothing but great things to say about their stay. Our wedding day was like a dream. Everything was perfect! I would highly recommend this resort to anyone wanting an intimate, amazing wedding.

Our wedding coordinator, Sandra Bohn, at Wild Horse Pass Resort and Spa did an amazing job with our wedding. I probably sent her a million emails with questions in the months before the wedding and she always responded promptly and did whatever she could do to accomodate the special requests that we had. She was always there to put my mind at ease when I had concerns, and she did an amazing job coordinating all my vendors on the day of my wedding. The property itself is just stunning and although our ceremony was inside due to the hot June weather in Arizona, they did an amazing job making sure that it was decorated beautifully. The entire night ran smoothly from the ceremony to the cocktail hour and through the reception and Sandra was always there to help guide us through the night. We had a magnificent time and never had to worry about anything.

There are not words to describe the amazing service that we received at Wild Horse Pass Resort. We chose that venue initially because my fiance and I met there. After talking to Sandra Bohn, the wedding & catering manager, it was evident that we made the right choice. She was fantastic to work with, friendly, responsive and very accommodating. She was able to realize my vision and beyond. Her professionalism and punctuality as well as all the staff who worked at my wedding made it a unforgettable experience. All our guests were commenting that this was the best wedding they have been to. In addition to the staff, the grounds and the hotel are beautiful and the food was delicious. I just want to thank Sandra and the staff at the Sheraton who worked at our wedding as well as the staff who helped our guests with transportation and guest room bookings. They exceeded my expectations and I would recommend this resort to everyone.

WHP Sheraton was the best and easiest decision on a location. The scenery is rich with Native American history and culture, with fire pits, 5 large pools, 3 spas, a water slide for kids, outdoor dining and drinking, and the room was good sized and well stocked. The Sheraton was so nice, they comped my valet for the night and provided a free of charge rose petal turndown service. They even delivered chocolate covered strawberries, a split of champagne, and a thank you card for choosing them and well wishes for our futures together. They have a free boat ride that tours between the current resort and casino, they allowed to us do a champagne toast with our family on the boat at sunset. Best romantic part of the time spent! The room service food was prompt and delicious, but beware of the Peppercorn filet.... They really mean peppercorn! We would go back in a heart beat, they made us feel like we were the only people on the resort. The only negative was that we left an iphone charger in the room and they could not recover it for us.

The Wild Horse Pass Resort and SPa was a beautiful location to have our wedding reception at. They did a wonderful job setting up our decorations and the food was simply amazing. They had wonderful locations for pictures to be taken at. The only two things that bothered me here were that (being the bride) I had to ask them for my separate plate of chicken instead of them just bringing it out an it wasn't prepared on time. The second was that our room was supposed to have complimentary champagne and chocolate covered strawberries waiting for us after the reception. We had to call and order them and it took over 45 minutes to get them. Their attention to small details like those could have been better but the overall experience was wonderful. Friendly staff, delicious unforgettable food, beautiful rooms and fabulous photo locations!
