Best Experiance

LeLani is an outstanding person, she made this experience delightful. She coordinates everything with you to make sure the event will go smooth. We hosted out wedding, and the venu is lovely, and the staff is kind and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this place

I had a very beautiful wedding!
Thanks to Lelani, the sales manager, she was perfect. Her personality just made it easy for me to decide to have my son’s wedding at the Santa Ana Hotel. Very sweet, professional, helpful, responsive and kind! I just felt she was my friend! The whole experience was just soooo great! The whole team delivered an amazing job, and my son and his his wife, my family and all my guests were very happy!!

Wedding Venue

When we were looking for a venue for our wedding, we visited quite a few spots. But this place took the solid win! We liked how the ballroom was set up with more modern chairs and carpet. The high ceilings and chandeliers were the best parts of the ballroom. I was even more impressed by how the hotel catering/conference manager, LeLani, was literally there to help answer my questions every step of the way. If you’ve got questions, she’s got answers. She worked with us from the start to near the end when we had some last-minute changes. She was easy to communicate with throughout the process, which was something I valued when coordinating with the hotel.

Melissa and the team at this Doubletree are incredible! I can't thank them enough for all they did, especially Melissa. From day one she was incredible with her customer service, her follow ups, scheduling meeting times that work best for me, being in constant communication, and just overall being a dream to work with. I had an issue where my wedding date had to be changed after I had already booked the venue, and Melissa and the staff here were more than accommodating to our date change. I appreciate that so much!

I visited and inquired about maybe 20 other venues that accommodated outside catering and none were as great as this venue. There's the location, the beautiful ballroom, the pre-function gallery, the incredible staff, the COOKIES!, and last but not least MELISSA! No other venue comes close to this place--the beauty and elegance of the ballroom plus the price range is great. I loved the venue so much and there are great photo spots to take photos around. I did their hosted valet package which I'm glad I got (and at an affordable rate!). The ballroom has beautiful chandeliers, the carpet isn't too loud, the lights dim just right, the pre-function gallery is fantastic, and the office buildings surrounding the venue have great little gardens to take photos at! The staff at my wedding were very friendly too.

I just have to emphasize that the best part of this venue is the people!--other venues had horrendous restrictions and outrageous demands. Hands down, Melissa was the best catering manager I met and she is one of the reasons I selected this hotel (aside from the ballroom!) I would often send her long lists of questions and she would get back SO quickly. Every e-mail was responded to in an efficient manner and no question ever went un-answered. I highly recommend this beautiful venue and the staff here!

Great Wedding Venue

I could not imagine a better venue for our circumstances. We had a decent amount of out of town guests and this venue was amazing! We were able to have a room block so guests can spend the night. There also was a shuttle from the nearest airport to the hotel and back if needed. The service on the day of was great and the food was delicious. The venue itself is beautiful and can hold a lot of guests. We have large families and it was comforting knowing this venue would be able to accomodate such a large crowd. They had everything we needed and more! Could not recommend this place enough. The only challenge was a slight lag in some communications, but otherwise, everything went smoothly.

The hotel is a beautiful place for a wedding reception. Currently there is no real place to have an outdoor ceremony but if you don't mine interior spaces then it is a good find.

The banquet servers are AMAZING, very helpful and professional. I did not have a day of coordinator and they were very helpful.

The food is also AMAZING times a million, Chef Reynaldo is the best. We went in for our tasting and the food was great, on the day of it was even better, not sure how they do it but its great.

This venue was terrible. I shouldn't have been so quick to choose this venue and should have kept my options open. The only reason I chose this venue was because it was the hotel my mom stayed at when she was visiting me before she passed so I felt like it would have had meaning having our wedding reception here. Was I wrong.

Their service was terrible. They had so many turn overs with their staffing that I they had dropped the ball on my event and room block contracts. Responsiveness was beyond poor. I would literally have to keep calling and emailing to get an answer and once in a while if I would escalate the call to higher management, I would then get a call. It was THE WORST experience. Food tasting day went well, but of course they would fail to make the actual wedding day taste as good. And watch out for their lying staff. We had arranged to purchase many many bottles of liquor through them and they notify my husband and I, 20 MINUTES after cocktail hour starts that "they didn't come in" -- mind you they couldn't even prove that the liquor order was actually placed. I provided my own wines for them to serve which they FAILED to leave on the tables, bottles of wine I got back the next day and obviously can't return -- instead they serve their own wine at the bar to make a profit rather than using the wine I provided and specially ordered for my guest.
