Facilities

The DoubleTree by Hilton Palm Beach Gardens offers several unique indoor and outdoor spaces. The Elements Ballroom can accommodate an elaborate wedding of 220, with a dancefloor, just as seamlessly as our OZ Restaurant can accommodate an intimate affair for 20. The Garden Pavilion is an outdoor space that offers a beautifully landscaped back drop for your ceremony. The Veranda overlooks our pool oasis, the best spot to enjoy cocktails & hors d’ oeuvres. The picturesque courtyard is the perfect, private setting for your Rehearsal Dinner or Farewell Brunch.

DoubleTree by Hilton Palm Beach Gardens is a full-service wedding venue with on-site catering and event coordination. Offering all-inclusive wedding packages and guest accommodations.

Every Guest is greeted with a warm, world famous DoubleTree Cookie!

Courtesy Room Blocks are provided for out-of-town guests, with no guarantee required, even if you choose another venue. All the newly renovated guest rooms feature LCD TVs, Mini-fridge, microwaves, in-room safes, same day laundry service, complimentary internet and balconies. The Sweetest ride in-town, the DoubleTree Cookie Van, will gladly take guests anywhere within 3 miles of the hotel including the Gardens Mall, Legacy Place and almost 100 restaurants!

Professional and Reasonable

When we went for a tour of the hotel/venue my fiance and I immediately felt that this was where we wanted to get married. Communicating with everyone so far at the Double Tree has been really easy and I am able to get a hold of them through email which is better communication for me during a busy work day. I can't wait for February 2020 to come so I can marry my best friend.

My wedding reception at the DoubleTree in May 2018 was perfect! Meghan and the staff did an amazing job coordinating all the little details for us and were always available when we had questions or wanted to stop by. The food was excellent-- the chef has over 14 years of experience and went beyond what was listed in the package to make the appetizers and entrees just what we wanted. The food service was also very timely during the event.
Meghan and the staff set up everything for us on the day of the wedding and did an amazing job making my vision for the wedding come to life. All the little details I had, like favors, decorations, and place cards were arranged just the way I wanted.
The ballroom we held the reception in was recently renovated— new carpets, wallpaper, wood, lights. The venue was also flexible in letting us use the vendors we wanted.
The biggest factors for us in choosing this venue for our wedding was the cost, the value for the money, and the staff coordinating the event. Overall 5 stars in each category. I couldn’t be happier with the way things turned out.

Meghan, Alexa, Hector and all the staff at the Hilton were beyond amazing. It was the most stress free, enjoyable experience for both my husband and I. The outdoor venue was perfect and beautifully done. Thank you everyone for everything!

I've heard horror stories about weddings and this venue will make sure that does not happen! Sergio goes above and beyond and because of him my wedding was perfect! The staff is so attentive and so helpful I couldn't have asked for a better place to have my wedding!

DoubleTree by Hilton in Palm Beach Gardens Florida provided a wonderful and magical experience. My wedding was everything I hoped for, the staff was professional and helpful with everything we needed. Communication was above and beyond, I received quick responses for any of my questions. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was relaxing but joyous as the DoubleTree helped celebrate our very special day.
Thank you to Isabelle Bremer-Patchin who could not have been more helpful, gracious and calm. I'm happy we choose the DoubleTree by Hilton in Palm Beach Gardens.

We had a wedding here April 27,2014 and it's was amazing! Most our guests were from out of town and they loved the poolside atmosphere . The wedding was picture perfect with out any problems and the hotel staff was fantastic we would recommend this DoubleTree to anyone especially for your special event! I love the Catering manager Robbin!! She went above and beyond to make us happy.The staff was amazing in making sure our guest were happy and I would highly recommend this venue. She never hesitated to do anything. She is very professional, she loves what she does and made sure we were happy the day of our wedding... I was happy with this hotel service!!!

Positive feedback: The venue was beautiful, everyone was mostly attentive the day of, we were given a room to get ready in and a room to store all the wedding decor a few days before the wedding which made everything much easier.
Negative feedback: My original coordinator left the hotel 3 months before my wedding. I had a interim person who stopped answering me during this time and we didn't meet the new coordinator until 1 month prior to my wedding. We had already picked out the food but somehow this all got misplaced. Off the top of our heads we had to remember what we liked and we ended up not giving the right information for the chicken. It was still good chicken we picked but not the amazing one we had tried at our tasting. On the day of the wedding, a lot of people in my wedding party were not able to get into their hotel rooms even at normal check in time, to get ready which delayed everything and my husband and I barely got any time for alone photos which was the one most important thing to me. The rest of the night went without a hitch except for one more major detail they forgot, which was to put out my wedding favors. I will say that the hotel did end up paying for them, but it did take over a month after the wedding to get my refund.
No wedding will be perfect and there will be bumps in the road.
