Stephen Huneck, the iconic American folk artist, has works that are reflected throughout the entire one-hundred-and-fifty-acre property. This projects a surreal, living-artwork landscape around the venue, letting imagination play a part in any day. Sculptures included are wooden bird impressions, benches that appear as labradors, stone obelisks with winged angelic dogs, and a spectacular and world-famous Dog Chapel. Dog Mountain, Home of Stephen Huneck Gallery, is happy to host a variety of special events including weddings, engagements, reunions, or get-togethers.
Facilities and Capacity
Dog Mountain, Home of Stephen Huneck Gallery, is home to numerous fantastic spots to host your occasion. Spaces available can accommodate five to five-hundred guests, based on your needs. The largest space has a capacity of 1500 individuals, all of which can be a part of your event. There are six dedicated spots where events can be held. Angel Dog Overlook is a lovely outdoor area that can accommodate one-hundred-and-fifty guests. Gwen's Grounds is a spacious field that fits 1,500 guests who can enjoy the panoramic views. Sally's Dog Pond is brilliant for dog-friendly events and accommodates up to three-hundred-and-fifty guests. The Pup Patio is ready for a cookout and can suit a party of one-hundred guests. The famous Dog Chapel is available for one-hour rentals and is abundant with dog-themed decor. The Dog Chapel can accommodate fifty guests at a time. The Stephen Huneck Gallery is fantastic for a slightly larger event, holding one-hundred-and-twenty-five guests.
