Diana fue increíble con quien trabajar. Como persona que no consume gluten, sabía que sería difícil encontrar postres que se sintieran especiales para mí y, al mismo tiempo, encantaran a la mayoría de nuestros invitados que no son GF. Diana logró el equilibrio perfecto. Nuestro pastel sin gluten tenía un relleno de guayaba espectacular, y los cupcakes y postres tradicionales puertorriqueños que creó fueron todo un éxito. Los invitados todavía hablan de sus cupcakes de amaretto. Hizo que todo el proceso fuera fácil, flexible y lleno de alegría. Estamos muy agradecidos por su talento y la recomendamos sin reservas.
