Highly recommend!

DJ Shamar did a fantastic job at our wedding. Before the wedding, he took time to understand what we wanted and ensure that he had all the right songs for the various events. He was very responsive to emails as well. At the wedding, he did a great job keeping the day flowing along with our day of coordinator, and he did an amazing job adjusting the music choices to the crowd. I would highly recommend him for any music needs!

Hire DJ Shamar!!

We could not have picked a better DJ for our wedding. DJ Shamar seemlessly blended our requested songs with his own selections throughout cocktail hour, dinner service, and on the dance floor, and kept the party going all night. So many of our guests have commented on how much they enjoyed the music and dancing. Not only is DJ Shamar great at what he does for work, he is also an extremely kind person and was a pleasure to work with throughout the planning process. We cannot recommend him enough!

Perfect Dance Party

If you want a good dance party, hire DJ Shamar. He had all of our guests boogieing, including those who say "I never dance." I literally didn't leave the dance floor all night. Thank you DJ Shamar!

Excellent DJ!

DJ Shamar did an outstanding job at my son's wedding. He looked at songs that were requested ahead of time and determined a vibe for the kind of music people wanted to hear, then augmented those requests with songs from his library. The playlist he came up with was from a variety of genres, styles, and decades, and was well received by everyone, regardless of age. The music was good accompaniment for dinner and when the dancing started the dance floor never emptied. DJ Shamar did not just play songs, though, he used his mixing board to great effect and the lighting system he used worked very well in the dance hall.

We were so happy that we chose DJ Shamar, I wanted my guests on the dance floor all night and he made sure that happened. My dance floor was packed the entire night. We had so much fun dancing with friends and family. My guests all raved about how much fun they had and how great the DJ was.

Wedding DJ

We recently hired DJ Shamar to provide music for our wedding reception and ceremony in Jackson. He is amazing! He was very fun and easy to work with. He responded to emails and text very timely. When our plans changed for venue he was more than happy to accommodate. My husband hates to dance but DJ Shamar took care of that!! We had a blast and so did the guests. You can't go wrong with hiring him he was awesome!!

Amazing DJ, DJ Shamar

Shamar was a last minute booking for us. He was able to help us get the wedding of our dreams. He played awesome music the entire time and changed a bunch last minute when we asked. I wouldn’t hire a different DJ. Shamar was amazing. We booked him last minute and he even gave up a club gig for our wedding. We had a lot of changes during the reception and he took them in stride. When the dance floor opened, he played some great music. Everyone had a great time thanks to Shamar!

You will have the best time ever!

DJ Shamar was AMAZING! I had a mishap with my first DJ two weeks before my wedding and when I messaged Shamar he responded so fast and was so accommodating, I instantly know he was right for the job. He had everyone dancing the entire night and play the best music! Honestly, I don’t think I’ve been to another wedding with a DJ as good. If you’re looking for a sign to hire DJ Shamar, this is it. Book him now!

DJ Shamar was wonderful!

DJ Shamar was awesome!!! Can't say enough great things! We hired him for our wedding on 7/9/22 and he did such a great job with music, intros, etc. He was professional and very responsive. We are so glad with our decision and highly recommend!
