Pavan helped us out in so many ways for our wedding and we are forever thankful. Not only did he kill it at the wedding with his DJ skills, but he also helped us coordinate our ceremony. He helped facilitate many things we needed and we are so happy we found him. His wife, Ritika, was also such an integral part of our wedding. They are both so kind and patient. We hired Pavan and his team for our Indian wedding with a non-Indian groom, and they were all fantastic. We highly recommend Pavan Events.

In the planning stages, he was a clear communicator over email and phone, solicited playlists of songs to help him understand the vibes we were going for, and held a check-in call to make sure we were all on the same page.

Day-of, he took a few minutes before the baraat to teach the non-Indians in the crowd a few Indian dance moves. That small extra effort increased everyone’s participation and excitement, and made the wedding more memorable for everyone. His dhol player Atesh was also great, you should hire him too.

During the wedding ceremony itself, Pavan ran sound and it was flawless.

While he was emceeing our reception, Pavan kept the energy up without making himself the center of attention–it’s a fine line to walk, and he nailed it. DJing, his and Jermaine’s musical selections were an excellent mix of Indian and American music that fit what we were going for and kept people dancing all night. Multiple guests commented on what a great job they both did.

One other thing about Pavan, he’s a gracious collaborator. When some cousins made a last minute request to change the mix they would dance to, he accommodated them with a smile on his face.

We don’t plan on ever getting married again, but if we did, we’d hire Pavan Events again in a heartbeat.

Pavan is awesome. He was our event decorator. Everything we asked for he delivered and more. He worked with our budget, and stuff that we thought was too expensive he managed to find it for a fairer price. He really matched our vision perfectly. The flowers, the white dance floor, the stage, the linen, and centerpieces were all exactly what we wanted. He even added pillars to the runner which was a very good touch. He really has an eye for all types of weddings (we had two ceremonies; one an ethnic, traditional occasion and one a regular wedding). Also, he was a great support system when we had to deal with a lot of Covid restrictions. Yeah, my husband and I see him as a good friend because of his loyalty and overall kindness to us. He managed to get a horse too; he’s perfect for every occasion.

Pavan Entertainment services are the absolute best! Complete professionals- from dancers, to henna artists, to sound systems & the best beats! DJ Pavan brought down the house with his music, everything from classic Punjabi beats for the aunties & uncles to rap, pop & EDM. Highly recommend!

My husband and I utilized Pavan events for DJ, Emcee, Decor, Photobooth and Hora Loca. He came highly recommended from our wedding planner and he did not disappoint. Pavan is easy to communicate with, he is patient, honest and has a great eye for creating an impactful theme and overall a memorable event. Our friends and family raved about the execution of our decor and our Hora Loca ( where we had robots and stilt walkers on our open dance floor). Customer service is Pavan’s priority, and this was evident throughout our meetings, phone calls, emails and texts. He went above and beyond to create a wisteria theme for my reception. We even had some very last minute changes regarding our reception program and he was able to accommodate that without flinching. Pavan comes with a well orchestrated team including florists, AV team, DJ Team, entertainers etc.We were thoroughly impressed by his services would highly recommend for any event you may be planning.

Pavan is hands-down the best DJ I have ever seen. Before our wedding, he took the time to plan out music selection for our multi-event Indian wedding, to get to know our tastes, to answer all of our questions, and to offer song suggestions when we were stuck. It was clear that he wanted us to have a good time, and he tailored the experience for us. He’s incredibly knowledge about sound mixing (he did all the wedding-related splices for various performances and dances) and has his finger on the pulse of diverse genres of music to suit anyone's taste. At our wedding, he managed the baraat (groom’s procession) with incredible energy and enthusiasm, and at our evening events, he kept the dance floor full and the party going til the wee hours of the morning.

An all-around great guy and an AWESOME DJ - 100% worth the money and would work with him again in a heartbeat. HIGHLY recommend!

We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Pavan for DJ services. Pavan made out wedding and reception a lot of fun. He is a lively person which truly shows in his work. We got numerous compliments of the choices of music that he played at our reception.

DJ Pavan was wonderful, by far my best vendor. He was punctual, professional, and extremely pleasant to work with. On wedding day he came, set up early, was ready to go by 6 pm. His music was great and he played many of my requested songs!!! I would recommend this DJ to anyone.

I hire Pavan for my wedding because I thought he cared and would actually be djing my wedding this, that wasn't the case. Pavan had a couple of other members from his "team" dj my wedding and they had no idea what they were doing. I had spoken to Pavan a couple times before my wedding and even made a timeline that he carried around at my wedding. He didn't follow much of it and was running around like a chicken with its head cut off. It was disappointing, I feel like I wasted time and money with him. I communicated to him after the wedding about how I felt and no response was given, I feel like he was only in on it for the wedding. I also had hired him to decorate and some of the things we discussed were not displayed and everything was under-done. I would NOT recommend.
