DJ Maskell has worked extensively as a wedding planner and coordinator and works closely with clients to ensure that every detail is meticulously plotted out so that the day flows smoothly.

No-charge travel up to 12 hours from Washington DC

DJ Maskell is happy to travel with all the equipment up to 12 hours driving from DC at no additional cost when practical. Beyond that range, equipment is sourced locally and a custom quote is developed. DJ Maskell has done weddings domestically in: CA, DC, FL, IN, KY, MA, ME, MD, NY, NC, NH, NJ, PA, VA and internationally in: Lake Como (Italy).

Day-of coordination assistance

In the absence of a dedicated day-of coordinator, DJ Maskell works very closely with clients in the weeks and months leading up to the wedding to fill in the gaps by plotting out the day-of logistics in extensive detail, coordinating with other vendors, then executing on the day-of. DJ Maskell will also help you to organize, track, idiot-proof, and delegate certain tasks that a coordinator would normally handle, such as setup, decor, and cleanup.
