Brought my reception venue to life

My room looked amazing when it all came together, at first I was worried out the colors I picked clashing, but when it was all said and done it made my venue pop

The pictures on display do not represent the business nor the service I received. My experience with Discount Table Linen Rental in Detroit, MI was horrible. Kim who implied she is the owner is absolutely despicable, rude and unprofessional. As I tried to explain that much of the linen provided I was not able to use Kim and her assistant became unhinged, argumentative, this is avery unprofessional business. I would not use their ever again

I took a chance with Discount Table Linens thinking that they would be a good place to rent our table linens from. I was mistaken.

We got married over a holiday weekend, so we assumed that most rentals would be flexible enough to wait until the weekend was over to get their rented goods back. For the most part this was true, but DTL was the exception. My wife and I left it in the hands of my parents to return the table linens to them, and as soon as my father contacted DTL he was rewarded with threats to charge double the price for the linens because they weren't returned "on time." There was no return date on the receipt which was the closest thing I saw to a contract, so they were making it up to try to intimidate my ex-marine father (it didn't work).

I'm glad my dad was dealing with this while I was away enjoying my honeymoon because nobody should have to work with such under-handed people. As for the linens themselves, we weren't that impressed with them but they were passable. We made them work for our wedding reception. If I were to choose all over again I would avoid this rental facility and pay a few dozen dollars extra for good service and better linens.
