I've just gotten the DVD from the wedding, and it turned out wonderfully. The sound was clear, which was wonderful; during the wedding, one of the mikes pooped out, but all sound came through loud and clear on the DVD thanks to Rick's cordless mikes. Rick also included little courtesies without raising the price, which was really nice. Things like adding chapter titles that could be easily skipped to while watching the movie, and including a couple of tracks played by the band.

But my only complaint was that Rick was somewhat slow in responding at times. That said, he was on time, unobtrusive, flexible. He volunteered to meet with me and my wedding, planner in order to see the site in advance and finalize details. He
was great at asking what I wanted out of the finished product. I think he's great service for the price.
