The food was great and there was plenty of it! They provided the meat, sides, rolls, tea, relish tray, napkins, and plasticware at a great price.

Dickey's catered our rehearsal dinner. They were exceptionally helpful to my in-laws who were coordinating the meal from out of town and provided excellent service on the day of the event. The manager of this particular store at the time was INCREDIBLY thoughtful and organized. We were thrilled with the service.

We used this place for our rehearsal dinner. The manager brought everything himself, set it up and presented it well. We had two meats, three sides, rolls, and iced tea for 50 people and he worked very well with us on pricing. We hated moving to Florida, because now we have to wait until we visit Texas to get any Dickey's BBQ!!!

Let me start by saying that we used the Dickey's in Dallas off of GARLAND ROAD NOT Hurst. We wanted to use Dickey's because it is always so good! Everything was fine with the caterer until the actual day of the wedding when he got to the venue. We chose Dickey's off of a list of approved caterers and each of those approved caterers have contracts with our reception venue.
When the guy arrived at the venue he very messily set up the food. He was supposed to stay to help serve the food (as in the original contract with the venue) and tried to skip out. The Venue Coordinator stopped him and explained that in their contract he is supposed to stay. The two argued and the guy from Dickey's said that he never included a fee in the amount we had already paid and that it would cost us another $50 an hour to have him stay...not only was he incredibly RUDE, he told my wedding party & husband that it would be cash only and we couldn't call to put it on a card. This makes me feel like it was a scam and I will never go to that location ever again and because of this experience I will NEVER have them caterer anything again!

We witnessed the manager, Heath Noles, try and intimidate a patron upon his asking for a refund. Mr. Noles who does not appear to be a man of high intelligence refused to give a refund, yelled at the patron, refused to let the patron speak with ownership, tried to intimidate the patron and finally challenged the patron to a fist fight. He even came from around the counter to do so. The owner Fernando Soto did absolutely nothing to make it better or to make it right.

AVOID like the plague unless you prefer that kind of service.
