Diamond cutters are great to work with. My fiance ordered an engagement ring online from a different company and was able to preview it at Diamond Cutters before he bought the ring. He ended up not liking the look of the ring and the sales woman suggested that he look at a new ring they had and he loves it. It is everything I hope for and more. Dips and cleanings are included in the package which takes a load of my shoulders. We will be going here to get our wedding rings!

Ryann at diamond cutters on South Park avenue in Lackawanna is wonderful! My engagement ring was designed here by my fiancée with the help of Ryann. She taught him EVERYTHING that he needed to know about the qualities of diamonds so he was able to hand choose the most perfect one for me! I was impressed with his wealth of knowledge about diamonds after he proposed hehe.
Diamond cutters treats their customers wonderfully. Jewelry purchased here can be steam cleaned anytime free of charge AND they offer the "dipping" (re-rhodium) service free of charge as well! I've had mine dipped once since I got engaged and after the 15 minute process, my ring looked just as shiny and beautiful as it did the day I got it!! No hassle with this company. They are not at all pushy and are overly willing to be sure you get exactly what you want, hassle free!!!

We love our wedding bands! Diamond Cutters has been always been great to work with. We also purchased my wedding day accessories from them- a beautiful bracelet and diamond stud earrings from them and I received many compliments on these pieces as well.

Best jeweler in the city, don't go to the box stores! They are personable and great to work with! I went in the day before my wedding and had my ring redipped so it would look shiny and new, NO COST!

Honestly dont even bother going to another jewler. Diamond cutters cuts their own diamonds and works on jewlery on site. Anything I didnt like about my ring was fixed on site within a couple days, other places send them out and it takes weeks to get your jewlery back. The customer service is unbeleivable they were so helpful picking out a band and i am very indecisive. Also did I mention they have wholesale prices???

We used Diamond Cutters of WNY for both our engagement ring and wedding bands. My wife gets regular compliments on the quality of her engagement ring, which is great as we bought it at a very competitive price (especially considering the high level of quality, clarity, etc of the diamond). We enjoyed the engagement ring so much that we went back for our wedding bands as well and had a very enjoyable experience in picking these out with the co-owner Fran. Fran was excellent to work with, was extremely helpful, and very laid back. He made the experience quite pleasant. I will continue to use Diamond Cutters for special occasion jewelry no question.
