We had the honor of celebrating our wedding in Tulum, Mexico and we owe the whole night to our amazing wedding planner. Originally we didn't want to have a wedding, but I am so glad we did. From start to finish, Dante made the entire experience stress-free, seamless and absolutely magical. The weather was perfect and stunning, but what truly stood out was the impeccable attention to detail. Every single element of our wedding, from the beautiful beachfront ceremony to the reception decor was executed with thought and care. Dante truly went above and beyond. He took total control of every aspect of the planning process which allowed us to enjoy the journey without feeling overwhelmed or stressed. Coordinating with local vendors, getting us special rates to stay within our budget, managing timelines, and even coordinating guest airport travel - we are so thankful. Many of our guests commented that it was one of the most beautiful weddings they have attended, and the pictures look like something from a magazine. From the very first time I reached out to Dante, he was so responsive and attentive, which as a very Type-A planner myself was exactly what I needed. Planning a destination wedding comes with a lot of moving parts, so communication was incredibly important to us. Dante was always there whenever we needed him, and he made the entire planning process feel organized and stress free.

We had monthly video calls throughout the planning process, constant messaging in a group chat that included his team, and as the wedding got closer we even moved to weekly meetings. Being able to stay that connected while planning a destination wedding meant everything to us and gave us so much peace of mind.

Right from the start, Dante was incredibly transparent about everything involved in the process. He walked us through vendors, pricing, and all the small details that come with planning a wedding. That level of honesty and clarity made it clear that we were in the hands of someone who truly knows what he’s doing, and it gave me a lot of confidence when it came to trusting his recommendations and making decisions along the way.

We also immediately fell in love with his magnetic personality. You can tell right away how passionate he is about what he does. When we finally met him in person for our site visits, it made us appreciate him even more. He spent several days with my husband and I, along with both of our parents, touring multiple venues. As you can imagine, that came with a lot of opinions, but Dante handled it like an absolute champ. He always made sure to check in with us and make sure we felt happy and confident with every decision we were making.

Throughout the entire process he was incredibly patient, supportive, and genuinely invested in bringing our dream wedding to life. He also handled all of the hotel logistics and guest communications, which could have easily been a huge stress for us. Instead, he made the entire process seamless and made sure we secured the best deals for our room block while ensuring our contracts were fair.

The vendors he connected us with were also amazing. We truly loved every single one of them and it made the whole experience that much better.

When the wedding day came, everything ran so smoothly thanks to Dante and his incredible team. They even provided assistants for both the bride and groom, making sure we and our entire bridal party were taken care of the whole day. From making sure everyone was fed, to steaming dresses, ironing suits, and keeping everything on schedule, his team did not miss a single beat.

Our wedding was more beautiful than we could have ever imagined, and so many of our guests told us it was one of the most beautiful weddings they have ever attended.

I truly cannot stress enough that Dante is the best choice if you are planning a wedding in Mexico. Not only will you have an incredible planner, but you will gain someone who truly becomes part of your family. We are forever grateful to him for exceeding our expectations and making our special day absolutely perfect. We already cannot wait to go back and visit him for our anniversary.

Dante and his team were amazing. When I first booked Ana Y Jose Venue I wasn't sure if I what I wanted was doable in 4 months, but he made it happen. He negotiated for the best prices, looked for ways to save money, managed all of my questions. He GOT THE VISION that was beyond just how it would look in instagram - but how it would feel and the kind of EXPERIENCE I wanted and the kinds of intimate memories I wanted to create. He not only planned the wedding, but helped plan the entire weekend for our guests, coordinated transportation, fielded questions from guests. If you are you planning a wedding do yourself a favor and hire Dante & his team. I found Dante less than a month after getting engaged, we immediately became a team. I had a smaller budget & live in New York and was not going to be able to do any site visits. Dante & his team not only planned my wedding & welcome party but also found the most beautiful hotel for me. He spent so much time helping me find a resort that was my aesthic along within the price range of my guests. Every vendor Dante chose for me was UNBELIEVABLE. From the welcome party to the wedding every detail was executed impeccably. My guests have not stopped talking about the events either. I feel like this should hold a lot of weight, but I am from New York City… where weddings cost upwards of 100k (I did not spend that) and my guests were absolutely blown away by what Dante & his team did. My goal for wedding planning was to be as stress free as possible and present during the day, and that goal was completely attainted. I literally can’t express how much I would recommend working with him.

To every bride working with Dante, you are in good hands with him and his team. From the beginning, Dante was upfront and real about everything- from vendors to pricing to the little details. This confirmed he was the expert and that helped me trust him when choosing our vendors (especially the ones who came all the way from Australia) and venue. Dante knew I had this aesthetic I wanted for my wedding day and he wasn't afraid to push vendors to make sure I got what I wanted. I really appreciated him going the extra mile to make sure my vision came to life. For example, I showed him a photo of my dream wedding cake that I found on Pinterest. He couldn't find any vendor to make this cake come to life or find the cake base. I was ready to settle for whatever cake. But of course, in true Dante fashion, him and his team were working behind the scenes to ensure I got the exact cake from my Pinterest board for my wedding day. You will not regret working with the Dhanroc team. They took care of all the details from my rehearsal dinner to our welcome party to our big wedding day. When most brides think about getting ready on their big day they're usually stressed. My whole bridal party and I had the opposite experience. Dante had someone steaming our dresses while he had someone else checking on the groom and then another person working with the vendors. All that being said, Dante's team took care of all of us and our biggest responsibility was making sure we stay hydrated and drank mimosas. It was truly a dream and a blessing to see this beautiful team come together to make our dream day so special. I am sooooo thankful and if I could change anything it would be to trust Dante from the beginning because he will make your dream wedding come true.
