Rebecca helped make my wedding perfect! She was always very responsive and helped me make the difficult decisions. I had no plans for how my reception hall would be decorated and she did it all. It turned out amazing. I love Rebecca as a person and would recommend her to anyone!

Rebecca did nothing but make the process/day more difficult while being expensive as well. My Husband and I are very laid back people so it was hard to decide to write this, but here are a ton of things she did to make everything much more difficult. (Number 6 and 9 are the worst)
1. She refused to look for vendors that were at a cheaper price because "the venue only takes certain ones" (the more expensive ones). Only to talk directly to the vendor and find out it takes them just 2 weeks to make sure the vendor is valid then its fine to use whoever (this was after she already pushed us to sign). That was the first lie which she did with every step of the way including flowers. We think she just wanted a bigger paycheck.
2. Communication was so difficult and she was rarely helpful on keeping us on track. It felt like we were paying her for no reason because we had to do so much of our own work.
3. No matter what decision we wanted with the timeline of the wedding she would fight us on it because in her "expertise" it wasn't right. We had to fight her so hard on how long we wanted the cocktail hour and people eating. She was not doing what she could to make our vision come true.
4. We thought the day of the wedding she would be useful but no, it was so much worse. The rehearsal dinner run through she barely went through anything at all. It made my pastor confused on certain areas such as when my husband was supposed to turn around to first see me. Everything just felt up in the air and we were paying her a lot of money for it.
5. The day of, she checked in on me and my bridesmaids one time while the groomsmen and my husband were completely confused on what was happening.
6. AS WE WERE ABOUT TO LINE UP, I looked through our dining room after meticulously working on the seating chart only to find that all the names were in random spots. She had husbands and wives placed completely away from each other. When I confronted her about it she said to my face on the day of the wedding she wasn't going to fix it because "they'll sit where they want anyway". Instead of making my day as a bride easier, she was the only reason I cried on my wedding. My sweet husband had to go behind and fix everything she messed up from memory even though I had emailed her the exact seating chart. She tried to get snippy with him saying "its your fault if your wife is upset" when he was actually fixing the issue. Love that man.
7. She did such a horrible job telling the DJ when to announce different things so we were just keeping it all together ourselves.
8. She promised us various things such as a box of leftovers from the food for the honeymoon suite that was on the property, But of course that didn't happen.
9. The worst thing was at the very end of everything she didn't stay at all to help clean anything. My parents and some of the GUESTS stayed behind to help clean because there was so much stuff.

The worst part of all is that the guests themselves even noticed how absolutely terrible she was. Not a single soul thought she did a good job. Thank the Lord for our photographers and the people who owned the venue. A tip was obviously not left but she got a portion from every vendor who actually made the day better while not doing anything useful for us.
