Ruth is an incredible jewelry designer. She helped my husband and I select our wedding bands before the wedding and was incredibly helpful in suggesting bands we both love... And the engagement ring she designed is absolutely breathtaking. I took no part in selecting any details, as my proposal was a complete surprise - the creation came from my husband's ideas and Ruth's creativity and artistry. The engagement ring is unique and intricate and sparkly and I love it so much! Ruth is a small jeweler. As such, you would think she would put a lot of focus and energy on making her clients happy. That is not the case. Her work is sloppy. Her products are flawed. There are other jewelers in the world that will pay attention to detail and to making their clients happy.
