***UPDATE***
Spoke with someone at the store who offered to deliver flowers on 2/15, which I appreciate the offer, it's still too late. Requested a refund, they will see what they can do. I actually discovered that what I assumed was a tracking number for my flowers, was not at all connected. It was just a coincidence that I had a package coming in the same day that I did not know about. So, to make it worse, my flowers from Designs by Mike were NEVER sent out, not via delivery not via shipping, and I didn't even receive a phone call to say they weren't coming. Don't use them. Period.

I live less than a mile from the store. Ordered flowers last week and they decided to ship them via FedEx instead of delivering them to my house, that's okay just confusing to understand the reasoning. However, FedEx decided that my wife's flowers should go to Ohio before coming to me and actually pushed the delivery date from 2/14 to 2/19. So, now I need to request a refund for flowers that will arrive extremely late and were already replaced with flowers I went out to purchase. Their email doesn't work and no one answers the phone at their store. I will be stopping by when I have a chance.
