I was so very pleased with our florist, Greta. She was absolutely fabulous. She produced the most beautiful flowers that I have ever seen. She did the bouquets, centerpieces, and an arch (which was the focal piece at our ceremony). Each piece was more beautfiul than the next. I will never go anywhere else for flowers! I highly recommmend using Designs by Carol!

I went through 1800 flowers and ordered a mermaid cat design for the 75th birthday of our mom. It’s her diamond year, the flowers came almost at 8 pm on her birthday and the cat design doesn’t even look like a cute cat the florist did not even bother fixing the cats whiskers, I’ll never order flowers from this store and I won’t go through 1800 anymore I’ll just go directly to a good florist through their own website

I ordered a centerpiece for a dinner party . When placing the order on line I was told that I had 3 hours to place order for same day delivery.so I assumed it would arrive.
The centerpiece never arrived.
I received email that delivery was attempted but this is absolutely NOT true as the recipient was home preparing for the party and waiting for the centerpiece.
Cannot express my frustration and disappointment that it was not received and on top of that dishonest about the delivery attempt.
this was very important and if they were not able to deliver should have notified me so I could have provided a replacement.
I caution anyone thinking of ordereding from here to consider another, more dependable, honest florist!
