Creative and very flexible
We used him for our graduation photos and he helped us capture beautiful photos that came out better than I had even imagined, while being incredibly flexible with my weird hours and even drove out to our location. He made socially distant pictures stunning and fun. Cannot recommend him enough. I have already been recommending him to my friends graduating in December.

My name is Derrick Parsons, and I am a professional photographer based in Madison, Wisconsin. In this fast-paced world, photography is a way that we can hit pause.
I became truly invested in photography during my time at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. I was fortunate to study under some of the best photojournalists in the world while pursuing a Minor in Photography. I received my Bachelor of Science in Life Science Communications and a Minor in Photography in May of 2020.
What I strive for most in my practice is to give my clients an incredibly positive experience. I want it to be easy and fun, no matter the event. I find that being honest through the camera gives the best results. I strive to create a positive environment for the people I work with to create the best experience possible.
