Yami Mantilla is the owner of Delightful Treats. Born and raised in Venezuela,she made her first Cake at the age of 11 that's where she learned that this was something she really loved.Her favorite part was always waiting for the persons reaction to any of her creations. (she loves the smiles and the joy) so she worked hard on getting all her certificates and building up her craft. till this day Yami is still passionate about pleasing the eye as well as the palate. she has work very hard and has finally fulfilled her dream of opening her own bakery in the united states. Yami still continues to take courses to keep her modern and fresh,that way she can continue to create beautiful desserts for her loving clients.

We are trained designers. We know color, composition and sculpture and apply that training into edible art. We also understand what is trending so we can translate your ideas into a unique cake that fits your style. We are tech savvy and do our research before we come up with your design.
