Classically trained in Baking & Pastry Arts at the prestigious Johnson & Wales University, her entire career has been dedicated to a reverent and joyful approach to her craft in both retail and production capacities. Known for her life-like sugar flowers, refined aesthetic, and originality in both design and flavor, Bailey’s talent elevates wedding cake expectations.
