We reached out to Rachel 2 weeks before our wedding in need of a last minute dessert gal. She was awesome. We were able to meet up at one of the local farmers markets to do some quick tasting. Not able to taste it all, since some of what we wanted isn't part of her 'normal' setup. Her desserts are fantastic. So cool that we can continue to eat her stuff at the farmers market. I am very impressed with how quick she accepted our request and was able to get our order completed last minute. Her salted caramel cheesecakes are amazing, and I don't even care for cheesecake! She made us these mini smores tarts that were also yummy yummy yummy. We had too much food but that was more me stressing about not having enough. We have been able to freeze / eat the cheesecakes without any issue.
Items made; lemon macaroons, mini pumpkin cupcakes, 8inch pumpkin cutting cake, and the 2 items above. All for 70 people and the idea they would take 3-4 'pieces' of something.
