I was uncomfortable with the idea of letting my wedding gown out of my site for steaming at my venue (Four Seasons Resort Orlando) a month ago. After a quick google search, I discovered Definition Bridal offered a service in which they come to you and steam your dress onsite. I reached out and booked with Jessica about 2 weeks prior to my big day. She arrived at my suite right on time, was friendly, professional and got the job done in no time. She steamed my dress, veil, and she even touched up my bridal robe that I had just steamed myself prior to her arrival. The service was exactly what I expected and I highly recommend her for brides who want their dresses steamed in the comfort of their hotel room or bridal suite.

Jessica makes the process of finding your perfect dress not only enjoyable but she customizes the experience to your needs. She has a creative eye and attention to detail that is like no other. She has a wide selection and helped me find my dream dress and reception dress at a great price. She also found my mom a dress and she is super picky. Their customer service is superior to most. I highly recommend them.

We had a small intimate wedding at Shades of Green Resort and as a destination wedding, I was very apprehensive about getting my wedding gown to the venue. I had my gown shipped to Jessica at Definition Bridal, and the day of the wedding, Nadia arrived to steam my gown and my husband's suit. Nadia was meticulous about getting every detail on my gown perfect!! She set up the gown for pictures before I got dressed, and made sure I was ready to walk down the aisle. Nadia stayed with me for all the photos, and was indispensable to me!! Words can't express how much Jessie and Nadia made my day perfect!!

My wedding was on December 30th and I got my dress from Definition Bridal, my bridesmaids, my mom’s and my flower girls as well. I couldn’t be happier. Jessica took care of every little detail and has exceeded my expectations. She has done much more than I could even think or imaged, and I’m so thankful to this amazing store and team! I just want to say that Jessica, the owner, is truly the best designer I’ve ever seen, she took my wedding to whole other level! They went above and beyond to make my dreams come true! I said “I do” wearing the most perfect dress I have ever seen! Thank you for being part of a such special moment and the most important day of my life!

Jessica and her team are AMAZING!!!! Beyond amazing really. My cousin utilized their services for her March 2021 wedding. I first met Jessica the year prior at one of her dress fittings. And from that first meeting and every meeting after she constantly displayed professionalism, and courtesy. You can tell that this is not just a job for her but a PASSION. I swear it was at least once a week that my cousin would pop in our group chat just to gush about how great her bridal stylist was. And inwas there right behind her to confirm that her statements were absolutely true. Jessica works with you, finds different ways to help you and makes sure that atleast your dress experience is as stress free as possible. My cousin also utilized her day of services where Jessica and her team came in early steamed all dresses (and suits) and made sure everyone in the bridal party looked their absolute best. I cannot say enough how great they are, and if you don't believe me just walk into the shop and see for yourself. I guaranteed you'll walk out with a smile on your face.

Due to Covid related delays, it was a month before my wedding date and I had no wedding dress. In a panic, I purchased several dresses online and took them to Jessica to see which could be altered and fitted in short notice. Jessica and her team altered the dress, made my desired additions, and ironed the dress. Because the material of the dress was so soft, Jessica volunteered to iron the dress the morning of my wedding for me. Thank you to Jessica for going above and beyond to make sure my wedding dress was beautiful.
