I would reccommend Debbie's Design to anyone. The prices were resonable and the arrangements were gorgeous!! She listened to what I wanted and tried not to overwhelm me with the many options availabe or even tried to persuade me to get more than what I wanted like the last vendor did, I am happy that I went with her.
