As people who work in the arts, we have developed a specific aesthetic. When scrolling through photographers in Colorado, we found several that we thought would be able to capture the special moments, vibes, and details we worked hard to curate. However, Dawn stood out from the crowd with her keen use of light and ability to capture emotions in staged portraits. She was a little out of our budget, but so so so worth it! She was really great at communication (and as a destination bride this was extremely important to me). After doing our engagement shoot with just her, we knew we’d picked the right photographer. She’s got a great personality and makes taking photos feel very natural. Her husband joined her during our big day and was equally great. Our wedding was smaller (25 guests), and I felt like we had great coverage. I feel like for a larger event they’d be able to cover that too though. Dawn is professional and warm and has a great eye but is also very go with the flow. Even almost two months after our wedding, the photos bring me right back to this special day.

Dawn and her husband were absolutely wonderful to work with on our wedding day! Our photos were amazing! They seemed to capture all the moments and were so accommodating. I appreciated their attention to detail and quick turnaround of our photos. Dawn even created a beautiful video compilation of our photos for us.
