We just got married and used David's Soundview Catering. The appietizers we chose were fresh and delicious. We had 3 choices for dinner Prime Rib, French cut chicken and Dayboat Cod. All of our guests enjoyed the food. The market chopped Salad was great. The service was superb. We had also Creme Brûlée for dessert and it was so good. It's a hard desert to get and their culinary team nailed it. Everybody loved it. Thank you so much for Catering our wedding!

We used David's Soundview Catering for our wedding, and we could not have been happier! From start to finish, they worked with us to create the perfect menu, without breaking the budget we'd set for ourselves. We worked with Melissa, who went above and beyond, helping coordinate everything and really making sure the day went flawlessly! The food was all delicious and service was very professional. David Cingari is a well-known name in Stamford and the staff he has gathered reflect the wonderful person he is as well as his professional skill set. Every detail is as important to them as it is to me. Every staff member genuinely wants to be their professional best, at every event. Hiring them this time was a no-brainer --Melissa, Tony, and Marilynn have been working with David for years ... they know me, they know what I like, they know how to execute the perfect event. David's Soundview Catering is by far the best caterer that we have ever worked with! Our wedding was in a venue that had never been used for an event the size of ours and they pulled if off PERFECTLY. Glasses were filled and guests were content all night long. There was a staff member available anytime they were needed, but it was like they appeared out of no where- everyone was so professional and efficient, but never in the way. Nearly every guest commented on what a wonderful evening they created. I don't think I could have planned the whole thing without Melissa- she listened to exactly what we wanted and when we were at a loss for ideas, she was right there to make it perfect.

The food was by far the best food I have ever eaten at a wedding- and thats what each of our guests said as well. The Chef even created a Canadian favorite, Poutine, at our request!

Bottom line: you can't go wrong with Davids Soundview Catering!

Where do I begin?! My mom has used David's Soundview for a number of events and there was no question they were the best choice for our wedding! They worked with my gluten allergy which many caterers do not. They made sure my husband and I ate. Did I tell you how many people couldn't stop taking about the amazing food?! That does not happen often at a wedding! They also helped out with unexpected tasks when it no sooner on our wedding day! No questions asked; they are the creme de la creme and were the best possible choice for our wedding day!

Erin and Chef Kwaku-Dongo along with all of David's Soundview Catering staff are with out a doubt the best team in Connecticut. Their professional and courteous attitudes were matched by their energetic help in planning our entire wedding.

From day one, Erin was there to provide ideas and support for our dream wedding. She listened and understood the vision we had for our ceremony and reception and spent countless hours with us, and by herself, researching and organizing. She helped keep our budget in check while still providing the highest quality possible.

Chef Kwaku-Dongo's food is OUT OF THIS WORLD AMAZING! From the appetizers to the entrees and straight to dessert, you can tell that this Chef has a love and pride for his cooking. His food is full of flavor and melts away in your mouth leaving you and your guests beyond satisfied. His friendly demeanor is only outmatched by his fantastic talent in the kitchen.

Their wait staff and planning team were the cherry on top of the professionalism they provided leading up to our event. From the hand crafted chalk board signs to the layout of our dining table down to the details on the serving stations, were all put together better than I could have imagined. Our appetizers were served quickly by staffers with huge smiles on their face. The staff was there not only to serve and keep a clean location but they were there to help step in and take a photo when needed and with no questions asked.

You CAN NOT go wrong with David's Soundview Catering. From beginning to end, we felt like Erin and her team were just an extension of our family. A family that is there to help you at every turn with a cheer in their step and a positive can do attitude. No request was wrong, no idea was too silly. This is a team that loves their jobs and you will not regret hiring them for whatever event you have in mind.

Best wedding ever. That's what our friends are still saying about our wedding. The food was out-of-this-world and the staff were friendly, professional and incredibly helpful. Melissa Desousa was our coordinator for all of it. Melissa flowed with every change we made-- even the date of the wedding! The minute she arrived on the wedding day I knew I didn't have to worry about anything. Melissa made sure the venue (my sister's back yard) looked perfect. I cannot say enough good things about Melissa and her team. They made it so easy I sometimes think about doing it all over again! :)

Today is our second anniversary of a fantastic party catered by David's. We just used David's again for a small gathering noting our anniversary. Everything was so awesome and my "posse" is always impressed by the service and food. I am a very busy person so only had a few weeks to plan my wedding. Melissa and crew whipped up a plan based on our needs quickly and executed it flawlessly. Even when it was discovered that our oven wasn't working (my fault, not theirs) , they quickly came up with a plan "B"....which I didn't even know about until after the wedding. Everything was so perfect on that day and I could not have pulled it off without them. I have used them since on several occasions which have been all equally memorable.

David's Catering provided incredibly professional service, along with fresh and absolutely delicious food for my client! They are prompt in responding and organized. As life settles down a bit after our wedding I wanted to take the time to write you and share with you what our experience was like working with your team for our wedding.
Erin was just as wonderful. She was so professional, hardworking and personable during the process. She was amazing about keeping contact and reassuring us with any questions or concerns. She took our ideas in mind and helped them turn into something better than we had imagined. We knew after our amazing tasting with Chef that we had made the right catering choice and were so excited to tell our friends and family about the amazing food we were going to have. The week leading up to the wedding, Erin was awesome. She kept us in the loop and went above and beyond. Now, take us to the day of. I cannot say enough about how amazing all of your staff was.
