I’m honestly stunned by the kindness and quality of work I experienced here.

I had a pretty intense engagement ring resize that, from everything I was told, seemed nearly impossible. Not only did they make it happen—they did it flawlessly and at a very fair price.

As a young guy new to the jewelry world, I made the mistake of buying a ring that was three sizes too large, with intricate stones set along the band. Once I realized how difficult resizing it would be, I wasn’t sure where to turn. Somehow, I came across David and Levi on Reddit, and I’m so glad I did.

I stopped by their store and spent maybe 10 minutes there, but it was some of the best service I’ve ever received—and that’s entirely thanks to Rose Frushon. She went truly above and beyond. She was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process.

What really stood out was how much she genuinely cared—she even gave me a beautiful ring box, which was such a thoughtful touch and meant a lot to me. She was just so, so lovely.

They completed the resize in less than a day, and the ring turned out PERFECT. I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the result.

I will absolutely be recommending them to others and will be coming back myself in the future. If you are worried about an engagement ring, go to them! They are so helpful! And ask for Rose =)

We found out about David Levi & Sons through word of mouth when my then fiancé and I were looking for a place to get my engagement ring cleaned and resized. Many of our friends told us about him so we knew we had to check it out. David not only made our wedding bands but also has been there for us for ring cleanings, replacing diamonds, resizing rings, and he even helped us engrave our groomsmen gifts. When I say “been there for us” I mean that he will give you a discounted price for whatever you need once he knows you. On top of that, he always remembers us when we walk in. Go to David if you want the best customer service in the jewelry business, we promise you won’t be disappointed : ).

My husband proposed with his mom's wedding ring, which she wore during 30 happy years of marriage. She wanted us to use the diamond and put it in the perfect setting for us, which worked out perfectly because her ring was a little bit too small for me and already engraved. However, I didn't have a clue on what kind of ring I wanted so we first went to a few of the larger chains. After a couple of visits I felt that I kinda knew what I wanted, but the ultimate ring would be a combination of two that I really liked. At this time I was willing to compromise on what I wanted because it seemed impossible to find the perfect one.

My husband is a manufacturing engineer and had always dreamt of making the ring for his future wife. He was reluctant to purchase a mass produced one - but we were under a bit of time and budget pressure at the time. Coincidently, I had some gold that I wanted to sell and by chance my husband stumbled upon David Levi & Sons Jewelers. He came home all excited and said he had found the perfect solution; David was going to design and manufacture the rings I wanted, and we would have it the day before our ceremony. Honestly I didn't share his excitement at first, because I guess I'd rather prefer to be on the safe side and know what the end result would look like.

But after meeting David I was just as excited as my husband, he really made us feel comfortable and included us in the process by sending us pictures and wax molds to approve. David really went out of his way to deliver the rings to us on time, even if his baby girl was born during these days. The end result was stunning, and it makes it so much more special to have something custom made. It definitely brings a smile to my face every time I look down at my left hand (which is all the time). I know now that you should never compromise when it comes to rings, cause it's something I will wear for the rest of my life!
