Any of my clients will tell you I say "We're not photographers we are storytellers" and that is my main goal when capturing your moments. I have a strong lean toward editorial-style shooting and maintaining gorgeous skin tones. Not bright and airy but not overly moody either. I just want you to look like the best version of yourself in any lighting scenario. I've been shooting weddings and elopements around the country for the last 8 years and have fallen in love with serving my clients not just on the big day but also leading up to it. I shoot with natural light primarily but don't shy away from some good flash when the vibes call for it!
I am a Husband and Father and love my family dearly. I also have a love and passion for photography, which I stumbled upon a few years ago while working for a non-profit. I never would have guessed that it would lead me to where it has today. I'm so grateful for the opportunity to capture moments of pure joy shooting weddings and elopements here in the beautiful state of New Mexico and around the world!

ALL-INCLUSIVE
The David Jesse Photography wedding package includes two photographers' full-day event coverage (no charging by the hour here). 500+ images delivered in an online gallery and attached print store. A full highlight gallery is delivered 72 hours after the wedding and a 4-6 week turnaround time on the wedding gallery!

The Best In The Business
As soon as we hung up after our free consultation it was clear he was our guy. We hired him on the spot and never once second guessed our decision. Like most people we tend to be awkward in front of cameras, and David put us at ease and coached us through every photograph - but most importantly he made it fun.
For our engagement shoot, David flew out to Las Vegas and worked his magic in 100 degree heat, never once missing a beat. He made us feel so comfortable and natural that we forgot we were even being photographed.
Then came our wedding in Cabo San Lucas. David didn’t just capture the day, he captured the entire experience. From the joy and laughter to the tears and quiet moments in between, he preserved it all in the most beautiful way. His photos tell our story perfectly, and we’ll cherish them forever.
We honestly couldn’t have asked any more out of David, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time getting to know and work with him. If there’s one thing you do for your wedding, HIRE HIM! You’ll certainly be happy you did.

Fast forward to the big day!
The photographers went above and beyond just taking pictures. When I was overwhelmed getting into my dress and the stress started creeping in, David was right there helping me stay grounded, relax, and reminding me everything was okay. They made sure I stayed hydrated and fed, which honestly hadn’t even crossed my mind. They came in and felt like lifelong friends, instantly dissolving any awkwardness from meeting new people or being camera shy.
A fun tidbit: our band needed someone who could do a loud whistle, and when no one else could, David stepped up and joined in giving everyone unforgettable memories and some great laughs. And this isn’t even getting to the photos yet!
The photos were AMAZING.
The quality, the quantity. Everything was pure perfection in my eyes. When posing, the photographers were beyond patient with us while getting everyone situated, even the rowdy boys.
I cannot express how elated I was with the service from David and his crew. I would recommend his team to anyone looking for EPIC wedding photos.

David and his team are marvelous and without needing to say so very talented. His work speaks for itself. We feel so fortunate that he was available for our small grassroots wedding, which was straight from our hearts and all about love, family, and friends. David and Bobby captured all of that and so much more. We wanted our photos to narrate all small and big details, and that is exactly what our amazing photos do. David just makes you and your entire wedding party feel at ease. When he says he doesn’t do packages he means it. He is there to support and guide you not only on the day of but with the whole process. He helped us build our timeline which was such a huge relief, from there he ensured that the hustle and bustle of the day had built-in moments for just the two of us. Looking at our photos is reliving one of the best days of our lives. David is now like family and is already booked for my daughter’s upcoming day.
