There is not one negative thing you can say about this venue. Granted, we haven't even hosted our wedding yet, but I have never felt nervous or worried or taken advantage of in our entire planning process. We are a couple who has had to reschedule our wedding due to COVID-19. Chelsea at Los Poblanos helped us to find new available dates with rooms available for our guests. There was no change in price, no hassle, and no complaints. I cannot express enough how sweet and generous they are with their time. I am constantly thinking of new questions or suggestions and Chelsea is always there to help me out in a timely fashion. They do not nickle and dime you for everything like some places do, even offering a board to display our seating chart, a letter box for cards, and tons of great decor and logistic suggestions. As someone who has had a particularly difficult planning process (this is a destination wedding for us and we have been hit with a pandemic 1.5 months before our wedding), it has been a dream knowing they are taking care of so much. They also have the best vendors who they work with constantly, and they have also been great to work with. It is no wonder this place books up fast because it is truly gorgeous, unique, high quality, and worth every penny. Thank you LP, we love you!

The venue is absolutely gorgeous. I wanted a glamorous, romantic, New Mexican farm feel and Los Poblanos was the perfect location to capture my wedding vision. Chelsea was a DREAM wedding coordinator to work with. She made every part of the planning process feel exciting and fun, while also professionally talking me through every aspect of wedding planning that needed to be dealt with. On my wedding day, I never had to stress about a thing because I knew she and her team were taking care of it. From setting up our wedding arch, setting up the luminarias, making sure all my decor was exactly how I wanted it placed, she was on top of it and I walked out of my bridal suite for pictures to absolute perfection. The food is also amazing. I've had so many guests reflecting back on how good the food was at our wedding. If I could do it all again, I would!! Los Poblanos is the best of the best!

Los Poblanos quickly became our happy place when we first visited - before we were even engaged - and I just knew we had to get married there. The property is stunning, the food was delicious (some said the best chicken they've ever had - not just at a wedding) and the even staff went above and beyond. We will come back to Los Poblanos for many years to come to relive the magic!

Our wedding at Los Poblanos was a dream come true. Camille, our wedding coordinator, was particularly phenomenal. She made us feel so comfortable and relaxed and was so helpful throughout the whole process. You can tell that Camille really cares about her brides and making sure the event is special. Camille navigated day-of stress with family with unbelievable ease and grace.
Every single detail was perfect-from the food, to the beauty of every location of our day, to the way the staff treated my husband and I as well as our guests...the day was magical. We still have guests telling us how much they loved the food! It was truly our dream wedding.

I can’t begin to say what a magical place Los Poblanos was for our Wedding week. We had 70+ visitors stay at the Inn and enjoy the grounds, local farm, restaurant, bikes and beauty of the whole area! We visit the farm almost once a week and couldn’t imagine not getting married there. Camille, our planner, went above and beyond to make our day perfect. The food was delicious, the backdrop gorgeous and the attention that was given to detail was superb. Los Poblanos will forever be a special place for us, our families and all of our guests.

This is the place for a dream come true wedding, which is what we were able to do for our daughter. Chelsea was amazing from our first meeting to the end of a wonderful wedding day! She was professional, patient-as it was an out of town event for parents and newlyweds, kind, prompt with any correspondence, and made our daughter's dream come true. Our guests raved at how beautiful and serene Los Poblanos is and what a wonderful time they had. The food was outstanding and the staff was amazing!! I would highly recommend Chelsea and Los Poblanos for a wedding that will exceed all your expectations!!

Los Poblanos was the only place we considered for our daughter's wedding and it was perfect. You are restricted somewhat to around 120 people inside but we were fine with that. The staff was incredibly professional on the day of the wedding. The food was impeccable, the waitstaff was efficient and perfect and the wedding coordinator, Shae, helped us plan and readjust before the day of the wedding so the day was just perfect. The new rooms at the inn made it a true destination wedding as 2/3 of the guests were from out of town. They all loved that the ceremony and reception as well as their rooms were all in one place. I would do it all over again and have my daughter's wedding at Los Poblanos. It was perfect!!

Fairytale wedding! We knew we wanted to get married here before we were even engaged. The entire staff was super attentive, professional and accommodating. Every single person there knew who we were and congratulated us all weekend. The food was amazing. The grounds are gorgeous and provide endless photo backdrops. Shaelyn, the event coordinator, went above and beyond for us and was just a dream to work with. We got so many compliments from our guests, telling us it was the best wedding they'd ever been to. What an amazing venue!! I fell in love with this place from the first time I set foot on the property. It feels like you are out of town even though you are in the middle of the city. The architecture of the buildings and the surrounding gardens are gorgeous! It is definitely a venue that requires very little in the way of providing your own decor; the venue speaks for itself. The areas where the cocktail hour and reception where held were perfect!

The food was amazing! I was really happy with our preview tastings, but I was completely blown away by the food on the actual day of the wedding. Everything down to the dinner rolls was delicious! Every guest I've talked to since the wedding can't stop talking about how it was the best food they've ever eaten. We also heard back from guests that the wine and beer selection was great too!

All of the staff we worked with was super friendly and very professional. Shaeyln, the coordinator, was so helpful and attentive throughout the entire process. She was able to handle all of my questions and concerns and helped to make the entire planning process and the day of the wedding run smoothly. She even helped to calm my nerves when I got worried about the extreme heat for our outdoor reception ( it was the first day of an unusual week-long heat wave). Los Poblanos takes care of the big stuff like tables, linens, food, beverages, cake, as well as some of the smaller things like cute wedding signage for directing your guests. They even include a room at the Inn for the night of the wedding and let me say, the rooms and restaurant were absolutely amazing! My husband and I plan on celebrating our anniversary here for years to come! The venue is one of the more pricey in the area, but it is worth EVERY penny, hands down. Los Poblanos delivered in every way and I guarantee you will not regret choosing them for your venue!

They really help you understand the venue and make sure the natural elegance and beauty shine through for the backdrop of your big day. The food and cake were amazingly delicious, and I really despise wedding food so that is saying a lot. The entire serving team were incredible to my guests. Weather got a little finicky right before my big day and the LP team did everything to make sure things were as perfect as possible. I cannot say enough good things about how wonderful this venue is!
