David was very accommodating to our needs. He was been helping us from the beginning to the actual day of the wedding. I would definitely recommend him to everyone who's looking for a wedding officiant in Louisa county. We did our wedding at Lake Anna.

Rev. Black was such a great officiant at our wedding this past September. From the numerous back and forth emails where he explained everything that we needed to know to putting us at ease on the day of the wedding, (when we were both nervous wrecks!), Rev. Black went above and beyond the call of duty. We had a non-religious ceremony, which he was more than fine conducting, where we said our own vows and he kept us on track and followed the script that we had come up with to a T.
