Dan is incredibly talented! From the first time we talked, he was responsive, easy to work with, and took the time to explain his approach. One thing he said that really stuck with me: he looks for genuine moments that will look and feel timeless forever. And after getting our gallery back, that is exactly what he did.

We're not the type of couple that's naturally comfortable in front of a camera, but Dan made the whole experience effortless. He had us laughing the entire time (I won't spoil his tricks, but he has some creative techniques up his sleeve!), and captured us so naturally.

Before the wedding, he thought of everything. He asked questions we never would have considered - it was obvious how much care he puts into his work and how much experience he has. On the wedding day, both Dan and his associate were everywhere they needed to be without ever feeling intrusive. While Dan focused on us and the big moments, his associate captured so many candid reactions from our family and friends. Those photos have become some of our favorites because we get to experience parts of the day we never would have seen otherwise.

He also works so quickly!! We had a sneak peek ready within days and our full gallery in just three weeks. He's a machine, I honestly don't know how he does it.

From day 1 of talking to Dan, he has been so professional, kind, knowledgeable, and responsive. We went with Dan based off of the initial conversation we had with him, and his portfolio. Dan first took our engagement photos, met us in one of our favorite places, and made the afternoon so comfortable and natural. Leading up to the wedding day, Dan is so diligent with making sure he knows all of the specific pictures we want, and made the process so stress-free. We just received out photographs back, much sooner than expected!!!, and WOW! They are stunning. Dan captured love from every angle, and the photographs are like reliving the day over and over again. My husband and I were so excited to book Dan for our wedding, and it was one of the best decisions we made for the whole day. Dan had excellent communication with us leading up to our wedding, gave us recommendations for other vendors, and also helped with stylistic/logistical decision making when we needed a little guidance from an experienced wedding vendor. From start to finish on the wedding day, Dan and his assistant Haley were amazing. They did a fantastic job capturing so many special moments throughout the day. They also were fantastic at helping my husband and I remember to enjoy each moment of the day since it goes by so quickly. I feel like Dan's presence and guidance throughout our wedding helped us enjoy and take in every second of the day, and we've been so thrilled to look back at everything in the images he and Haley captured. We've been amazed at how quickly Dan was also able to get photos back to us (both a sneak peak a few days later and the full gallery in a couple weeks). So many of our wedding guests have commented on how incredible the photos are. I am so grateful that we were able to have Dan a part of our wedding day and that we have an amazing album of photos that we can look back on the day for years to come. Working with Dan was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! We wanted to prioritize candid moments and he cleverly captured them all! He enabled us to be confident and comfortable throughout the day making the posed shots look and feel relaxed. Dan’s also very flexible and adventurous. We didn’t expect a nice day for March in Boston and only planned for indoor photos, but we got a gorgeous day and he didn’t hesitate to capitalize. Somehow getting both outdoor photos and all the indoor photos we wanted.

The gallery was better than we could have imagined and came through in just a few weeks! The images are artfully composed and feel very elevated for wedding photos.
