Karen was fantastic! We had a mid-sized wedding at my parents' house in East Aurora. Many of our friends have dietary restrictions and allergies, and we were concerned that we would have a lot of trouble finding a caterer that could accommodate our needs. Many places follow a set menu with no room for creativity. Karen saw our wedding as an exciting challenge. She asked us for recipes and had plenty of great ideas. The eggplant parmigiana and pad thai were huge hits! We had a veritable feast that was delicious and well within our budget. The staff was lovely and everything went smoothly (I wish we could say that about all of our vendors).
