My husband is from Seattle and he purchased my engagement ring from Dacel's last year. When I decided I wanted the matching band as my wedding ring, we were appalled at the customer service we got in our local area from the one store who carried the band so we went straight back to Dacel's. Their customer service is phenomenal whether you are standing in the store talking to them or interacting via phone or email. Dacel's is a family owned business who still believes in putting the customer first, you won't regret buying anything from them....whether it's a $20K ring or a $500 pendant!

Everything about Dacels is perfect. They take so much time getting to you know you as a customer before ever talking to you about anything. We had all of our rings custom made, and couldn't be any happier with how they turned out!!! We will be Dacel's customers for life!

Just lovely! We had my ring custom made and they were over-the-top in customer service. I just love my finished ring. We had to do a layaway which was fine with them. They also made suggestions to keep the cost down and we still got a better deal and product than other places we were looking at.

My Fiance bought my engagement ring here and said that they jerked him around with the center stone pricing quite a bit and didn't listen to his requests- the guy was nice but it seemed like dealing with a car dealer because he had to keep going back to the owner. I absolutely love my ring and I am not quite sure what it all cost but I would tell someone with jewelry knowledge to go here, but if you don't know your stuff-study up so you can be as educated as possible to get the best deal and stones possible. When we went to look at rings here they were very nice and treated us well and it is a more upscale store, however you really need to do some legwork.
