Dottie is an ordained minister, celebrant and a licensed officiant who creates and presides over wedding ceremonies throughout the northern region of California, from Sacramento to Redding, including, but not limited to the towns and cities of: Chico, Magalia, Paradise, Oroville, Gridley, Live Oak, Willows, Red Bluff, Cottonwood, and Anderson, to name a few.

Dottie is an experienced officiant, and always strives to provide each couple with friendly, supportive, professional, and knowledgable service. She works closely with her couples to create unique and personalized wedding ceremonies. She realizes that weddings are all about sharing each couple's love and joy.
